Thank you 1A Auto for this vid. Using it, I accessed my window regulator and at another time, replaced my door check without removing the top cables. I put a box under it to hold it up, unscrewed the door check from the door jam, then removed the speaker and used that hole to remove and replace the door check.

Help. Exhausted searching for written and video solutions and still haven't found anything. The rod fell off the door handle. I can't open the door from the inside of outside. 2004 Pacifica driver door. How do you take the panel off with the door closed? Or how do you get a hold of the loose cable to pull it to open the door?
This video disappointed me. I specifically wanted to know how to replace the drivers side door window regulator. This video show replacing the regulator and motor together assuming that they are both bad. Not in my case. It also does not show a wire (green) that needed to be unplugged because it was threaded in and out of the sound barrier. There were a couple other smaller things not mentioned that would have been helpful to someone that had never done anything like this before, after all it is a how to video.
Other than the motor, what else do you want to know? I just completed this job today and it only took about an hour to do the whole thing. As for the motor, there are some machine screws holding it to the bracket on the regulator - should be pretty straight forward. Remove the motor with the entire assembly out of the door. But personally I wouldn't bother. Just because one or the other hasn't not failed yet does not mean it won't; if one fails, the other is likely to fail soon, so it is wise to simply replace both and it is not cost prohibitive to do so.
Thanks for watching. Since this regulator is cable driver, you can cut the cable. The only down side is then you will need to replace the regulator and not just the motor. From the point that you remove the plastic liner under the door panel. How hard is it to replace the diver side exterior door handle. Some assholes tried to steal my car and broke driver handle before I could came out to stop them.

1A Auto Parts really do appreciate the feedback. They pulled my handle to the point where it broke. The key button remained in tact its just the handle that broke. Wish i could poat a picture of damage so I know what to purchase. I dont know if its only the handle or if their is more inside the door as a kit that needs to go in..

What if the window is down and won't go up ???

My Pacifica has a Bosch motor on it and this 2 prong plug doesn't fit
