- I debunk the meta tuning created by @TheHEADPHONEShow as supposedly the best target curve for IEMs because it sounds like crap.

How can you say that you are more qualified than the Headphone show, when you haven't published any paper regarding audio and don't have any credentials to back it up, you are more likely the same as them or even worse when it comes to "qualification". I highly respect your opinions regarding audio but it goes downhill when you introduce that Endgame Target you made, without any formal study, based solely on what "you" hear and just confirmed by the opinions of the people you know.
Why are you whining about their target if you are doing the same, oh yeah.., wait this is a whining channel in the first place, my bad.

I am an audio science researcher at Stanford. My target is an evolution of the Harman target based on expert listener adjustments.
Always positive reviews=channel growth and views, but what's the point though? People want honest review or I'm wrong and they just want a justification of their purchases
Your eyes were telling a story do you need help

Just tried eq my variations to your target. I have to admit that it’s pretty damn good . Thk sharur

@@Sharur1yea i prefer your target over JM-1 and Harman 2019v2
What do you think about my target sharyrury?
Big aura but harman is still king
nah
Harman IE is beyond mid.
Would love to compare for myself---can you include a download link for the txt or csv file in your video descriptions?

That guy made so many videos, put so much effort in his channel and is here for quiet a while. And still only 7000 followers. When will he understand that is unsocial arrogant behavior is why his channel does not grow. But people like him never understand that
you are not qualified
Not much different from the "nicer" iem reviewers as far as subscribers and views go. Brash, rude, maybe. But this guy is honest.
@@CharlesWoods-us5rrHonesty is only positive if one has good things to say.
@hartyewh1 sure if you don't want anything to get better.
@@CharlesWoods-us5rrhe’s trying to point out that saying “you are not qualified” isn’t getting anyone further in life
I am using Roon. Can you say, which IEM WITH (!) Parametric 9 way equalisation can come closest to your target? Can you tell the computer also to spit out a number (like95,7 % or so) in relation to YOUR endgame target??? Would be interesting, how close I could come with my Zero RED.
this is pointless because the 711 coupler is not accurate enough in the treble frequencies. The target is not super fine grain. It's a baseline. If you want to know what IEM to use, use the Moondrop Variations. According to the BK5128, it is the smoothest treble IEM.
with EQ and a specific insertion depth, it is possible to make basically any minimum phase IEM 100% comply to the target, but doing this with a bad IEM won't sound as good as an IEM with good performance from the get go and broad adjustments to the target.
Thank you so much for your answer. Last Question: did you make a mistake, when you said: at 2:32 min „The Jitter they make in the Bass response“? You wanted to say „Jitter in treble response“, or?
I am from Germany and my English is far from perfect.
@@Hitsujiomeguruboken no, that wasn't a mistake
Why does your curve also roll off if you're saying that JM-1 is rolled off? I get that it's a lot more, but I feel like treble should be flat till 20khz since the reason we listen to lossless files is to keep that range of frequencies present right? Rolling IEMs off past 15khz makes FLACs useless imo
yeah ur not gonna get into stanford for audio science
@@Sharur1 bro speak normally please 🙏
Didn't you say for months that Nova sounds great? It's lofi V-tuning compared to Dusk for example. JM1 is certainly a big step forward. Also, anyone can get credentials.
JM1 is worse than Harman IE 2019. Only my Endgame IE target is definitely better.
not a single person who promotes JM1 owns a reference speaker system.
also the dusk is bad and comes with a crappy, noisy, dsp cable
variations is leagues ahead of dusk in technical performance media.discordapp.net/attachments/765673154684518424/1281900428723884126/IMG_7139.png?ex=66dd664e&is=66dc14ce&hm=517f7e5acfee6e7d78d9a22002653b940a9efae19f257920bc5af677c17da239&
@@Sharur1 Variations is worse than Nova. I kept B2 Dusk (with a bass shelf) over it due to poor quality bass and staging which was probably just the Harman tuning.
None of this compares even closely to QKZ x HBB Hades so idk what you're talking about
Finally you are back on track..Can you please provide the data (e.g. on an Excel sheet) for your target? I suppose it is nor very different from what I am using. Harman below 1 kHz and Usound/oratory1990 above.

@@Sharur1 thanks, but the data appear to be in a strange format from line 320 onwards. Furthermore, it would be much easier to have them in logarithmic scale. Could you please do that?
@@susokraut3169 I'm not sure what the issue is. The target uploads perfectly fine to cringraph and rew
@@Sharur1 these formating issues, the Mac text Editor is bad and my Excel wants comma separators instead of dots. And still, as said, the x-axis should be scaled logarithmically
The easiest would be a logarithmically scaled Excel file.
HEY, Sharur since um your fan and I think you make more sense than a lost of people. So what are best iems with soundstage and good sound under 50 dollars you can recommend
50 dollars is too low for quality
There are plenty of options starting from $10 already and a bit of EQ. Sharur is just an elitist without ears😂
@@hartyewh1 there is nothing good at 10 dollars
@@Sharur1 You're assuming you're definition of good has more weight than it does. KZ Libra (got for $9) I would easily take over Nova for 80% of music and based on the graph I wouldn't even have tested it had I seen it first.
