- Color Comparison of a 2022 Satin Steel Metallic Tahoe vs a 2023 Sterling Gray Metallic Tahoe. On 2023 Sterling Gray Metallic essentially replaced the 2022 Satin Steel Metallic color so this is a great comparison of those two colors side by side
2023 TAHOE: STERLING GRAY METALLIC WALKAROUND
• Sterling Gray Metallic...
Damn!!! Great video !! Exactly what I was wanting to know and compare against .. thank you for taking the time to do this!!
Welcome!
GREAT video, I thought these two colors were going to be close . . . now I know EXACTLY how they "compare". I own a Satin Steel Envision and I'm thinking about ordering a Sterling Gray Tahoe, thanks for making the choice of colors a lot easier for me !!!
Welcome! I think the new Sterling Gray looks really good so I bet you will be happy with it!
Thanks for making this..old color wins for me
You are welcome!
Damn! I kinda like the old color better ☹️
Way better!
Excellent job with the comparison , thanks for helping me tell the difference.
Thank you for doing this video. This was exactly what I was wondering since I’m looking for a GMC Truck and was debating these two colors
Sterling for the win, love the warmer temp of it!
Thank you so much for this video. Wife has satin steel on her traverse. And looking to get a 2024 sierra 2500hd. And Sterling gray is the one available. I like Satin steel better. But they are pretty close.
You are welcome glad it helped. The colors are fairly similar so figured the side by side video would help in the decision making for sure
Thank you so much for this video! I currently have a 2020 Sierra Denali (Satin Steel Metallic) and have a 2023 (Sterling Gray Metallic) on order. I love my Satin Steel Metallic and was sad that they discontinued it but this new Sterling Gray doesn't look bad at all.
Welcome! The Sterling Gray is really good looking in person IMO! I would say it is a positive change for sure
Hello there nice trucks question do they have any issues as far as lifter or valve issues clicking noise on lifters need to be repaired or any type of sensor issues such as spread sensors fails ? Or any type of sensors fails ? Thanks .
Great video 😊
Love the bluish hint on the satin steel… so it’s going away?
Yes it has been discontinued unfortunately
Thank you for this video, very helpful
Thank you for doing this!!!
Welcome!
Is Sterling Gray Metallic the same color as Argent Silver Metallic on the Escalade? Many times GM will use the same color for other brands and change the name.
Excellent comparisons
Awesome video 👏👏👏 thank u!!
Thank you for making this.
Welcome hopefully it helped!
Sterling gray is more like a silver. Am I right?
Yea!
Basically silver. Not sure why they even call it grey.
No it’s not. Hints of silver on a bright sunny day but it’s closer to gray then silver.
@@FlyNavy2004 true. in person it's way darker
Would you say the Satin Steel looks like a battleship gray with hints of blue? I saw a Tahoe today and I am trying to identify the color. To me, it was a battleship blue/gray. Very pretty, but it's so hard to find an exact color match online. Thank you.
Satin steel has hints of blue for sure. Battleship gray is usually a flat grayish color from what I recall. Welcome!
Can you do a summit white and a pearl white side by side thanks ?
If we ever get those two and at the same time most definitely!
Thanks I’m indecisive between those two colors on a LT trim .
@@mrag8810 Pearl all the way.
@@Carterchevroletok That would be another good one to compare.
Tons of comments calling it silver which it’s not.
Satin steel better
