One of the most valuable coffee brewing series I've seen...thank you Matteo. Looking forward to more "lessons" and content. Your expertise is on display and so is your kindness. It is so much appreciated. Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays to you and your family!
Thank you very much for this series, I'm about 7 days behind but I'm still following it with my calender. It's been really interesting and a highlight of my days.
Thanks for the series! Love how you concentrate on making good coffee, not just the latest equipment crazes. What was the most surprising coffee on the calendar?
Thanks so much for your support! That's how I learned to make coffee, way before the equipment trends :) 🤔 I need to think a bit about that, there were a few that surprised me.
Great ending video! Thanks for a wonderful series of videos! I learned a whole lot and hope to put your recipes into practice! Have a Merry Christmas and very Happy New Year!
@@matteofromtheswamps just tried this today, pouring the bloom back into the 2nd server made a really big difference! THANK OU FOR SHOWING THIS TECHNIQUE
@@matteofromtheswamps question for you! when you let "all the water drain out", is there a certain time you are looking for? of course, water that is just standing still means the filter is water logged. another question, i only have a regular server and then pouring the water + bloom out, the water comes out pretty rapidly which then stirs up the bed. will i need to find a server that does a clean pour, like yours?
What an amazing series that ends with two tricks I've never seen. Thanks for all your efford and knowledge put on this videos!
Masterclasses from a great coffee educator, more valuable than endless equipment reviews how to actually brew coffees better, cheers mate

I would love to see a video on your take of making iced coffee with a V60! That would be great 👍🏻🎉
I have actually made a series of video about that. I used the Orea for that, but the principle is the same.

Buon natale 🎄
Buon Natale anche a te :)
What do you gain by this method u don't understand what the advantage of this is?
Basically you reduce the extraction on the last pour, because the water will be colder and also mixed with the first pour
