Madam while grinding sometimes at initial stage la keech keech nu sound is coming from middle white colour separator....after few minutes normal aaguthu..it is newly bought..why sound is coming..how to avoid that..
Pls don't go for ultra, I bought it recently, it's difficult to use, since there is a hold on top its difficult to take the batter out and they don't even provide spatula to push the batter while grinding.. my grinder is not grinding the dal properly.. you can buy the ordinary grinder with regular stone.. go for butterfly with regular stone that's the best..
I am also finding difficult in two litter, to remove batter while grinding, becuase of the hold on top found a bit messy, heavy too for elder citizens I used only once the shop keeper is not even wanting to exchange, 4 th aug 2021 only. Dint know what to do

Max 390 grams of urad dal soaked for 2 hours, while grinding 780ml of water to be added, time taken 30-45 mins. Max 1570 grams of rice soaked for 4 hours, while grinding 1570ml of water to be added, time taken 15-25 mins.

I bought the same grinder this week after checking all the reviews but totally disappointed grinder is running fast but while grinding rice half of the rice is grinded smoothly and half portion was staying as it is like not grinded..I tried 4 time trying different method nothing works and also the grinder is getting more heat under the drum ...sorry to share my worst experience..please if anybody can give me any ideas which will be more helpful for me to get a better batter thank you!
After soaking the rice ,dal for 1 hr keep dal and rice in fridge for 1 to 1 and half hour. Then grind in the grinder you will get good batter. Use that ice water for grinding.
Performance of the above grinder is good but the only drawback is urad dal spills out while grinding. So think before buying.
I bought this grinder ! I dun know wat mistake im making but even after grinding for quite sometime i can find some urad dal uncrushed in the batter
This model is not available now. The same 2.5 lts is difficult to grind. The stone has extra fitting on sides.its irritating.

Try adding little water and then rice little by little
Especially the attachment on the stones is a waste , it makes cleaning quite tiresome

It’s good but dal spills while grinding your put lid and it’s not tilting mode so the drum has to be lifted it’s bit heavy
