i would prefer more multiple videos and eye looks as opposed to using as many shades as possible for one/two looks for one video but i know as an influencer you probably have alot of stuff to get through.
@@Ms.CindyLee, she’s filming/ trying something every day, multiple looks/ products a day, what do you even mean? It’s very hard on the eyes, when you put on and take off makeup several times a day, even if you have normal skin, the lids start to burn.

I actually DO prefer the horizontal swatches! Good work. Would LOVE if you started inserting daylight swatches! The studio lighting is NOT the best for really being able to tell the colours but daylight is!
Your swatching is fun. If I want super intense swatches I’ll watch a swatch specialist. I like watching you for your knowledge on how the shadows perform and the looks you create

For me, the best fall colour story (up to now) is the Nomad Ghost Town USA palette. As I don't wear blue shadows, I'm passing on this one. I personally really love the fun blue look you did, but I'm also a color clown when it comes to eyeshadow. So excited to see some fun options in this tarte palette.
I am sold on this pallet. I watched one other review video, and both of you created such beautiful luxe. I feel like this pallet is perfect for me because I want a very versatile pallet where I can get a lot of different luxe, but I also really need my every day, neutrals, and Matt formulas!! I am not a sparkly eyeshadow girl on those days, and I hate when pallets don’t provide the Matt light, medium, and dark tones that I need for my bread-and-butter days.
Both eye looks were pretty! Glad Too Faced stepped up the colors this year. Looks like a good palette for the people with a small collection. Because otherwise you have these colors.
I think the arm swatches do better than swatching from the back of your hand to down the arm. Probably because you can swipe more easily (it's certainly the case for me). In any case, appreciate the swatches either way!
It might just be me, but instead of buying all the new makeup coming out I’ve been only wanting to scoop up the best of the best products. My OCD can’t handle hoarding a bunch of makeup that never gets use 😂
Me too I've got too much now I need to be a lot more discerning. I'm actually thinking of selling a lot of stuff to put towards all the high quality products that come out - ie just keeping my PAT & ND palettes & best foundations etc.
Those darker shades aren’t meant to layer on top of each other. They look best when we pat them on singly, not swipe, then lightly blend the edge, then place another color next to it etc etc. Darker shades are almost always going to look muddy and messy when several shades are placed over each other.

My personal experience with tart eyeshadows was disappointing because I found them to be to dry feeling and just wasn’t impressed with the blending. The particular palette I got may have been a little bit older in terms of shelflife so that could’ve been the case that said I’ve moved on.
If I get the Tarte Maneater Nightfall Palette it will be on sale. That's how I shop. I love the color story but I do love the Tarte Big Ego Mascara. Too Faced Maple Syrup Pancakes kind of reminds me of the Chocolate Gold and Chocolate Bons Bons Palette combined. It's so pretty and more like an everyday palette except for the greens.

Ulta has afterpay too. The palette is pretty. I liked the other palette they came out with too last year. They feel like a step up for tarte and have nice packaging and color story. Tarte eyeshadow formula is okay.
for $52 this is so not worth it. You can spend 15 bucks more and get such better quality shadows with Natasha Denona. Sorry just doesn't seem worth it at all.

I was looking at this and I was wondering why this pallet reminded me of something and it does. It reminds me of the It's a Mood by ColourPop. It's different but it has a lot of overlap.
I think for me as an eyeshadow application novice I'm gonna avoid this palette. I generally find that as I'm learning is by far better to get top quality products as it makes application so much easier...waiting for my ND palette to arrive 😊
Unfortunally this palette was a waiste of money 😢 I am writing this because I feel bad that somebody would pay that amount of money for what we get. I am happy that i got it to be able to share the experience to others. This one doesnt come not even close to Natashas palette so I believe you would be beyond happy with that one😊

Meh the last Tarte palette I bought was Juicy…everyone raved about it. But it was a HUGE disappointment to me. I need to declutter it. I’ll never use it. So chalky. Guess I’m spoiled.
I remember my first Tarte palette. The purply one, that is completely matte. I was so so excited to have made my first expensive makeup purchase and also first order via Sephora. Man, was I disappointed in it. It was so chalky and never lastes on my eyelids beyond two hours. I had ordered a blush - and it got hard panned so fast. The lipbalm slash lipstick fusion was a great colour, but not worth the price. Years later, I tried the Tarte concealer, which though it was the wrong shade, I liked the formula of. I won a giveaway in which the tarte oil was included. I loved that one. Still, the eyeshadow palette left a bad taste in my mouth. Never again. 40 euro's wasted.
Rather small palette 😅 Morgan, try the Anisa Beauty brushes, the foundation and the concealer one 🤞🏼 The concealer brush looks nice, wanna your opinion, mam' 😊
I regret buying last years palette. The colors looked different in the pan but were actually very similar when swatched and had strong orange undertones. The shimmers were chunky and lacked finesse. I think it was hyped because it was different for Tarte, but in actuality it was a very average palette. I used it once and couldn't make myself use it again when other palettes in my collection are so good!
Last year the palette was something we hadn’t seen from Tart that’s why it’s not as exciting (just my opinion) if the formula had gotten better I’d be rushing to Ulta but from a fellow eyeshadow snob seeing the review I’m not excited
Came here to specifically say there's nothing wrong with your swatches! I have sensory issues and you're one of the only content creators I can watch swatch without getting overwhelmed with ick. I usually have to change the video at that pt cause it makes my skin crawl when ppl are pressing and like rubbing back and forth on their skin. PLEASE don't change what you're doing. You're not going to be that aggressive w eyeshadow on your actual eyelid so idk why pol swatch like that 😬
I do have a variety of palettes. I am particular about formula, though. I don’t like the Tarte formula. I dion’t dislike all dry formulas. I like K Beauty palettes for quick everyday looks.

For me some of the lighter shades are redundant and it doesnt go deep enough neither has nice transition shades for deeper skin tones. And especially considering the lighter shades are redundant and some of them look the same on the eyes even on light skin, this just feels lazy.

I think the looks are pretty, and I love a good blue on brown eyes. I do think the warm shades look a bit repetitive. But it's a good looking palette.

Tarte shadows don't last on my eyes, at all. They disappear within hours no matter what primer I use. I've given up.
Oh my God, same!! I have the exact same experience. But also, I find the formula a bit chalky and not that blendable. I prefer Pat Mcgrath.

Not into this palette at all. Too many bright color for me, and leans too warm overall. And Tarte's shadow quality is always a bit mediocre.
