I made the easy version of this recipe for breakfast this morning instead of the Tator tot casserole because my husband doesn't eat eggs and boy was it super delicious! I used left over steak as one of my toppings!😋
This recipe reminds me of one I found in a magazine that was called "taco tots" basically the same thing except the other ingredients are taco seasoned beef and all the other fixin's for tacos. But the melted cheese in this with that recipe makes my mouth water. Thanks AB never I disappointing meal made.
