I looked on UA-cam to find a recipe for arroz con Pollo in the instant pot. I looked at several different versions on UA-cam. I chose yours and made it tonight. It was delicious! It came out better than I thought it would! Thank you so much for posting❤ I'm bringing this tomorrow for a luncheon. I know they're going to love it!
I am so tired of people appropriating other people's cultural foods and passing it off as their own!! The title itself is a false claim,,, - why not just title it" my version of Latin cuisine"???!!!
Will normal oregano work as well? The Mexican one is yummy, but cannot be found in my country and I'm all out of my imported stock. Also: any recommendations on what to put instead of Peas? (we don't like them over here 😅)

Hope your luncheon went well and they enjoyed the arroz con pollo!
@@PainttheKitchenRed thank you! It did!
Thanks for sharing. I do mine similar, but I add Sofrito. Also, I was wondering why you didn’t season the chicken initially. Thanks again.🙏🏽
You can totally season the chicken, it would be even better!
Thanks for sharing! I want to try this recipe.
Hope you enjoy it, Ruby!

I've read that marjoram is a good sub for Mexican oregano. If you can't find it, use regular oregano.
