That's a pretty good deal on a tractor tire some people don't realize how fast a tide can move sometimes you don't want to get caught in a fast tides I remember jigging for black bass sea bass in Seymour Narrows and that was tied up to a kelp bed because you go in there at slack tide because it's too rough to fish on full tide and that tide changed so fast I had water coming up over the back of my boat by the motor I had to cut the kelp because it was so fast it would drop 10 feet in a matter of minutes and you didn't want to get caught in there because I watched big fish boats try to run up the tide and they couldn't make it so they turned and almost flipped the whole boat over and where the inlet narrow part comes out into the open part it's like a big bubble that's a foot and a half higher than the bay is tides can be very dangerous people don't know I watched logs come straight up out of the water that you never even seen the logs floating down the inlet and they come up like 34 feet they go right through your boat and here I was sitting in a little 12 foot flat bottom tin boat with an old old 10 horse evan route when we first found out about that in that we didn't know because it was slack and me and my friend and his girlfriend were fishing trolling and I happened to look at the shoreline and we were going backwards we quickly wrote brought our rods in took off down the basically a river of salt water got out to the bay and it was a big bubbling water and the prop kept hitting air pockets I tell you that was pretty scary when you didn't know that it was there the funny part is great big ships go through there load it up with mine stuff out of the open pit mine they had there we used to do a lot of crabbing at Rupert Inlet and we go way down and come out the narrows that was back when sea bass was no limit and my dad used to have to shake him off my mom's hook because the boat was full of sea bass and then they opened it up for commercial and cleaned it all out back then commercial weren't allowed to catch sea bass very good eating taste just like ling cod but they keep better in the freezer cuz they don't get that fishy taste very nice eating😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋
Hello Brian and Diana👋👋. So good to see you today. We have missed you but know life happens. Thank you for taking us along with you. We are very cold here on Cape Cod and hoping for a early spring. You both stay safe and warm. Take care✌️🇺🇸
Glad to see you guys. You two are some of the most likeable people! I always enjoy your videos. I love southeast but I'm living on the Kenai now. Have never seen such a mild winter. We got below zero for the first time just a couple of days ago. The days are getting longer and spring is coming! God bless you both!
You could beat the bent up wheel almost straight and use a tube ..for a spare ...even if you had to buy another tire...it seems like the front tires are the ones that go flat or get destroyed. Just a thought
Yes you do not walk in the timber when the winds are high I remember years ago when me and my friend got caught in a storm the night we were out hunting he dropped me off and kept going with the Honda Big Red three Wheeler and he couldn't get it started and I was waiting for him to pick me up and he never did so I had to walk out and then he ended up coming out after me I thought something was wrong there's a gate so you can't go in there with a vehicle and then Elk Bay you can get really high winds like 70 Or 80 miles an hour is not uncommon that's why I loved hunting there we had to walk up through the timber to go get the three Wheeler it was a shortcut if we went through the timber instead of walking the road he got hit in the face with a branch off of the trees scratched up his face pretty bad luckily it wasn't worse when we came out that night the wind was so strong you have to lean into it to walk properly it was bad another time we're hunting there way up on the mountains overlooking Roberts Lake in a snowstorm I don't know why we went after deer in that because you couldn't see them anyway but we parked the trike and we both walked two different roads I stood in a big woodpile of logs watching the snow go straight past me wasn't coming down it was going straight past me when we came off that mountain on the three Wheeler we had to ride the three Wheeler in the ditch opposite of the cliff side of the road so we wouldn't get blown over the mountain yeah crazy I'm a little older now so I'm a little bit smarter but I always loved to get all my deer in Elk Bay at one time instead of wasting money hunting go there stay there for two or three months get all my hunting and my fishing crabbing done and then come home that's the only way it was worthwhile because our deer are not that big But they're very good tasting nice and tender😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋
The new solar panels should be a game changer for you both. Isn’t it crazy that it can be less expensive to buy online and have it shipped to Alaska than buying locally?!? I have experienced this too. Bought a thank you gift for a friend for their help and after purchase found I could have saved almost 30% buying online. Hope Raven is better soon.
Temps should be warming these next couple days to highs around 25-30°F with MAYBE a brief snow chance on Wednesday. Higher chances for snow next weekend but does not look too intense at this point. We are on downward trend of winds probably shift a little NE through Tuesday, but you'll probably see sustained 15-20 knots out of Lynn. Good luck out there and stay safe, those waves are ripping.

Recheck those lug nuts after you run the tractor a bit. They may loosen up as they settle into the rim.
You are absolutely right, will do!
Glad to see you 2 back.
Yay
