"Cobalt Coastlands" from Pokemon Legends: Arceus is originally composed by Go Ichinose, Hitomi Sato, and Hiromitsu Maeba. I do not claim any ownership of the composition - only the arrangement and the audio.
Legends Arceus was hands down my favorite experience with Pokemon in at least 5 years - and it certainly came with some amazing music. Cobalt Coastlands is the third area you encounter in the game, and the first time I heard this theme, I was immediately mesmerized. It's not often I encounter a "drop everything, I need to do it now" theme in gaming, but this was definitely one of them. This arrangement has been three months in the making, but I'm super happy with how it turned out. I have to give all the credit to my amazing collab team here - they really let it shine. I don't have much else to say, so I'll let the music speak for itself - and I hope you enjoy this incredibly fun cover!

Oh shit, I didn't realise, listening to the mix WIP that lead guitar was a violin, way to go, Luke !
Y'all captured the energy of this track so well!! One of the best tunes in the game
Yes! So happy to be a part of this. And I finally get to see everyone for the first time, haha!
This cover makes me feel so many things! Can’t believe I’m nostalgic for a game that isn’t even 2 years old. Great job!
Yessss it was so good to be a part of this!!
Immensely groovy arrangement
Everyone kicked ass I'm so happy i was a part of this. Thanks Sean!
The best track in this game
Swanky collaboration! I love seeing fusion-type group tunes since you can fit so many different artists styles in!
This is great, y'all!
It was super fun to play on this, everyone killed it!!
Such a full sound, amazing job on the arrangement! I don't think I've ever heard an overdriven violin before either, wild
Love the solid groove in this arrangement! Great performances by everyone!
awww heck yeah what a total bop and what a cool mix of folks! rad job everyone!
This turned out awesome! Thanks for having me!
this was freaking amazing guys!
This is quite the collaboration! The music from Arceus slaps and this arrangement is no exception. Really well done! I spent many hours here trying to catch a freaking Togepi 😂
I've been waiting for more covers of this track for a looong time :D (same for most of PLA's tracks actually)
Did not expect that compound time second repeat there!
I'm a huge sucker for the 6/8-3/4 hybrid time signature, so when I heard the original had it in the intro I was like "Nah I'm gonna extend this to the main section too"
Wonderful
Dang this was fun to listen to! Great groove!
This heckin’ grooves!! Absolutely fantastic to hear all these talented musicians on here. Loved it!!
Wow! That was worth the wait. Loved the complex rhythms, tones, harmonies and interplay between instruments and percussion. Awesome group!
Love it! Great work as always sean
Awesome arrangement! There's such a great vibe the whole way through. And I particularly loved all the interplay between the electric violin and electric guitar.
This is marvelous!
