I can't explain it - if I could I guess I'd write a book. Rick Beato rants about this constantly. Who couldn't suggest a laundry list of tunes for her to cover? But you listen to the ones that she has done, going back to the Everly Bros. tune she does with her father, and you're so impressed by this girl's MULTI-talent. Lucky us, huh? Equal of the best cover I've ever heard of Words of Love (right down to the syncopated drum beat) - you _gotta_ listen to that gem...over and over, like I have. And how many folks are willing to hang themselves out on a limb and attempt a cover of Rain by The Beatles? She nails it with her rendition! But all I can say - despite its fickleness - YT is nonetheless great in that it exposes us to great talent (with _good_ taste) such as this. Put down your Spotify list and check out some of it - they don't write 'em like they used to.
