3:09 I'm fairly certain this might've been intended for a chat window similar to aol instant messenger or some other old chat app, the bottom window is for typing out your messages and the top window shows the conversation. The icon that went with the window is almost certain meant to be a profile picture of some sort.

Well, pretty much everything ever made went through a crap-show of development. So, its safe to say TetraBit is not gonna run out of material to work with.
"Blaise de" is part of the name Blaise de Vigenère, creator of the Vigenère cipher, which can be used to decode some of the scrambled messages once you find the keyword.
The hidden image of a keyboard is another clue for decoding messages, hinting at "keyboard neighbors," where each letter seen is adjacent to a real letter from the secret message.
I think the door is more of a symbol rather than an actual door. Maybe symbolizing “letting him in” by giving him access to the players computer or possibly letting Kinito have more access when it comes to Sunny. I don’t really know but I do know that I love this game so much
For a game of this complexity, It’s not surprising it has this much lost content.
I got spooked a little bit from watching this video. Not from the scary elements of the game or anything, but when tetra said, "While we're on the topic of ads," at 4:19, I got an ad and I'm not sure if it was a coincidence or if youtubers can actually put where their ads can be.

I love Sam the sea anemone because it’s such a random creature to just throw in with 2 other recognizable sea animals like jellyfish and axolotls
(I know Axolotl aren’t sea animals but they can’t survive out of water)

Fascinating detail about the door I found: apparently, that angle of it in the Encrypted file, in that one corner of the door, it looks VERY similar to the same... *thing* that briefly appears in Sam's house and the end of "the_cycle_repeats" video. Maybe the door is related to that thing?
If you time correctly at 5:54 you can see black figure with blood at floor which I hope I won’t get nightmares of it

2:45 from the looks of the icon and the display tab, i’m assuming it would’ve been something to change your profile picture in the game? the small box at the bottom couldve been a scrolling selection of pictures (like the hot air balloon and the flowers) and the top box would be some sort of display. that’s just my guess, though.

now, this old version of Kinito PET´s voice sounds a lot like those old computer based voices for SFM Fnaf animations - this one was used for Freddy so i´m glad the creator changed it.

If anyone is wondering why it says "BadBad", "GoodGood" "You did.. You did... You did..." It's because they are all separate sprites in an animation, so the text would've been slightly animated.

3:00 This looks like some early instant messaging app window to me, such as ICQ or AOL. Perhaps there was planned a way to actually talk to Kinito in the game via some large language model?
While Kinito Pet has been a neat experience and a masterfully crafted illusion of choice, I really feel Kinito shoulda spent more time quizzing the player about themselves and creating more Actual Choice moments. Kinito spends the whole plot asking you things, but none of those things *matter* in the long run; just aestetic changes. I was really hoping for more unique responses from Kinito depending on what's said to him, or what he learns about you. I wanna know if he's mad when he tries to access your webcam and fails because security protocols caught it, which happened to a lot of people. I wish he had a different freakout if you wrote Not You for Who Is Your Best Friend. I wish that maybe a different set of rides appeared at the fun faire depending on what he learned about you to add variation on the second playthrough for the true ending-- which forces the player to see everywhere the illusion of choice breaks.
If a game needs to be played again to get the true ending, I beg devs to please put some variable elements in so the run feels materially different, not just adding a searchlight mechanic
