You didn't "Start for 20 seconds". Different Aston models have different sequences, so check yours, but on a 2010 4.7 Roadster, for example, left foot on the brake, right foot on the gas, full to the floor & held down (in Neutral, of course), crank engine for 20 seconds. It will not start, but will pump oil throughout the engine until adequate pressure is achieved. Stop cranking, foot off accelerator, start engine for 30 seconds.
Glad to see you're still making videos. Miss your sous vide videos.
yeah I've had quite a few life changes in the last 6 months, I'll be back to making some in the near future!
@@CTP1111 Glad to here it! Your videos inspired me to get my own setup a few years back.
@@CTP1111 Hope all's well. Your videos are very helpful and inspirational!

About to start my first AM oil change, and dry sump systems are very foreign to me
Fantastic thank you
Frequency and mileage for those oil changes?
once a year or 10,000 miles is recommended
Do you need to take off the tires for that one drain oil plug
no, not necessary
@@CTP1111 thanks for that info
How to change automatic transmission oil in astro Martin Vantage roadster 2011
I did not know a car can have more than one oil drain plug
Its more common than you think actually, the 5.0 mustang apparently has 2, and the Lamborghini huracan apparently has 8!
@1:33 clockwise?

Front cover is leaking oil…
I dont even have an aston martin
Counter clockwise smhh

@@CTP1111 one of these days someone gunna watch your video and snap the drain plug bolt 🤣🤣
