Fabulous band ,live at mcmillans every Friday afternoon, did David Essex showcase live and Phil Jones is still singing live around Merseyside ,get to see him soon x
Just can't thank you enough for uploading this - been unable to identify this song that has been in my head for over 30 years, until now - incredible that a song of this quality is not more widely known !
Christopher Mooney I totally agree saw him too many times to remember, Afraid of Mice, Up and Running and Twos Company his voice is never as good recorded as it was live. This recording is flat and weak, when you see him live he blows you away.

This one takes me back !!
Remember phil singing this in Bootle pub the Queens great song
Cracking Liverpool band never got the breaks they deserved too many conflicting egos such a shame
Steve lamacq brought me here, he played it on 6Music on Wednesday night
This takes me back to The Firehouse Bootle.
No idea who produced this but it does not do them justice, they were as great live band, a lot more edge.

"Two's A Crowd"
Tony Visconti produced Phil's / Afraid of Mice album
@@markdennis6464 he ruined all their songs - so much better live !
@@pip06powell I would describe Phil as totally 'Mesmerising' live
