I’d love to see someone dress as this version of batwoman in Detroit in a cosplay convention. Scary thing enough is that Michigans current governor(governor Gretchen whitmer) has a similar mindset to this comic character… hmm during the pandemic she did took drastic measures to contain people in order to covid not to spread.
