Sir, what is the Bay plan & Master Bay plan ?
Lokesh Ranjan bay plan is for individual hatch covers or rows; master bay plan is for the whole ship
Sir, What is 'vision plan' Related to countainer ships?
Is there any course/certificate you recommend for vessel planners?
Not sure but will try to find out. There are some courses run in-house by shipping companies.
What does shipper mean sir?
Party or persons that arranges the cargo to be shipped:)
