Squeal! A notification came that my Joggles box is out for delivery with some of the new Elizabeth St. Hilaire stencils and some new stamps in it. Now I wish I'd popped for the whole set... Lol! I love these videos showing me so many ways to use my art supply stash of inks/paints/stencils/posca pens/etc... I love your laughter together inviting us all to the *ART PARTY*:). Elizabeth what kind of paint did you use on those geli prints. I assume acrylic for the metallics? But what was the wash? It certainly made a difference. Beautiful
Thank youu so much for sharing your talent! Just getting started with gel printing. I have on hand a lot of inexpensive acrylic paint. Will any of the Golden medium additives enhance the paint?
I keep forgetting to ask…..are any of your fabulous masks and stencils available to purchase in the U.K. where I live ? I know that Joggles is based in Rhode Island but I rang them and unfortunately they don’t send mail outside of the USA. I do have relatives in the USA….so do you think that is the only way I can obtain them, by Joggles mailing them to a relative who can then post them on to me in the UK ?
Sadly no, because of the VAT tax basically. Joggles has exclusive rights to my stencils, I don't sell them through anyone else. Yes, you can have them sent to a US relative and then they can send on to you OR you can use a freight forwarder, which I am sure Joggles suggested when you rang them? Many thanks once again….and also, as always, for the fab tutorials. I just received one of your books today .. ‘Amazing Gel Prints’. It’s just what I have been looking for. Basic but brilliant….. especially for a beginner and / or a refresher. Most importantly, it has confirmed and clarified my thoughts about the importance of opacity and translucency of the paint colours. It was so good to actually see it explained in a way that I understood. That has been the main niggle for me since I started a couple of months ago….and could never get a proper clear answer or explanation….until now…so…thank you once again !!! 🤗🥳🤗🥳

I using acrylic paints, for both the metallics and the wash! Thank you so much.

No they will not. It’s the pigment that makes the difference. :)
