This video I take you with me as I list my first MILLION DOLLAR BEACH HOUSE. This is my first listing over $1 million dollars and I couldn't be more stoked to share with you guys the process of listing a home for sale of this size. My first million dollar listing as a new real estate agent came without having to pay for leads, and without having to cold call. Anything is possible in life, not just in real estate. I share a lot of my tips and advice to new real estate agents because that's the business I chose, but on this channel I really want to build a community of entrepreneurs just looking to get better together. This is what it's like to be a new real estate agent in 2022.

Hey man Love the videos! So I was wondering how you managed getting out of college and pursuing a real estate career considering you had a baby. We’re you renting a home when you started your career? Was the wife working when you were not selling the first few months? What are some tips for people who start real estate so they don’t go bankrupt if they don’t sell right away lol
Thanks for the comment James! Before I got my real estate license I was flipping houses and on my first house flip I made around $70k, then my first son was born. We lived in a cheaper apartment at the time and she did not work but with that much profit off of my first investment we were pretty stable for a while. We lived below our means and sacrificed a lot of fun things to just be able to live off that until my real estate career took off.
Why would you prefer having a brokers license over a real estate license?
They’re essentially the same thing. When you take your tests you’re trying to obtain your real estate brokers license. Once you get that you can join a brokerage and at that point you become known as an agent. After a few years you can start your own company and become a principal broker
