In this video I take you through another busy day in my life as a real estate agent. I appreciate all of the support you guys show on this channel it really means a great deal to me. I want to walk you through my daily routine as a real estate agent and show you all of the ups and downs this real estate industry has. From the lows of missing a $10,000 dollar repair to the highs of collecting some of the biggest commission checks I've made so far in real estate. I also am starting to introduce you guys to more of the investment side of my business where I buy fixer upper houses and flip them for a profit. I try to give you guys little bits of insight throughout the video but mostly just want to share with you guys what a busy day in my life as a relator and real estate investor looks like. It's often times 15-18 hour days, but all of the hard work will pay off as it's already starting to. Feel free to hit that subscribe button and of course follow me on instagram for more daily content! @Caden_Leno

Amazing video I’m really thinking about going for my real estate license
Thank you Nicholas! It's a great business to be in if you're willing to work hard.
Amazing vid!! Quick question, how are you going about marketing to get clients as a real estate agent while also focusing on the flipping side of the interesting?
Thanks Carlos! I basically start my days in the morning by checking the market, prospecting for leads, and scheduling any showings for the day before leaving to the flip. I'm usually to the flip by 10am and will stay until around 4-5pm depending on when the first showing is. Then showings anywhere from 4-7pm. I'll also hold open houses on weekends and take the weekends off from the flip!
*New Sub , you just motivated me a lot thanks...
Thank you Kendra!
As a young real estate agent/entrepreneur.. are you able to hang out with friends often? Once a week or so? Or are you always so busy that you have no time for social life outside of real estate? I ask this because Im 20 and just finished my course before the state exam, and wonder if I will still have friends outside of work.
There's a saying in Real Estate I hear a lot of agents use and it goes something like "sometimes I'm so busy I never feel like it'll let up, and sometimes throughout the year I wonder if I even have a job". With real estate there's a lot of down time. I do about 1-2 transactions per month and my schedule is extremely free.
also how did you learn how to do all the construction on your own
Learned it just by doing it over time! Been in it for 3 years now so you just pick it up as you go.
Damn bro 20 grand in 1 month ish that’s fire I got my state test this Friday tomorrow actually hopefully I pass I’m going to home smart to I had a question how do you go about getting with home smart as your brokerage do you call then and tell them your interested in there company or do you just go straight to there office lol it’s a basic as a question but I was just curious I guess lol
Does your firm take part of your commission out?
No homesmart is 100% commission to the agent. We pay a small transaction fee of about $495 per transaction.
do you still work at amazon ??
I've never worked at Amazon!
