I would suggest to continue to your existing position for sometime. Meanwhile keep learning and if possible clear some certification. Then you can ask your reporting manager so he can help.

As almost all IT companies Accenture has Saturday Sunday weekend. For some specific clients like UAE weekend may be Friday Saturday.

As per your leave balance, in case you need more than your balance you can take leave without pay.

It may take some time. As there are many openings and lots of interviews going on. You should also get reply soon on your query.

You can avail LOA which is unpaid leave. I guess with approval you can take upto 6 months and increase on need basis.

Hello, I have applied for new associate content management on 4jan then I got a call from hr she told me about job role and said for further process u will get call from another hr for hr round interview, in week I got a call from hr she said are u available for interview tomorrow then I said yes after that she asked age and I told abt my age , and asked which year u completed ur studies.. As am fresher and done my PG in year 2016. I didn't worked bcoz of family circumstances.She told me for further hr round we will again call u and after 2dys i called another hr for update but they are now saying we will update ur status. But till now I didn't got any call.. What to do? Have they rejected or not how to know. When will i get update. I am waiting for call since one month. Plz 🙏can u help me out in this situation.
Hi, it seems since 5+ years you are not working. This may create some issues for freshers. I am not aware if there is any such criteria at Accenture but some other companies like TCS only considers gap of upto 2 years.
I wish you should get a call but in case if you're not getting any call please don't be disappointed. You can apply in some small company, join there and gain experience. After that you can try in large companies.
If you ask me there is no much difference working with small or large companies, if you are getting good pay, work life balance & exposure to new technology.

You can apply from your annual leave balance. If there is no sufficient balance you can avail loa which is unpaid leave.

Mera R2R process interview khatam hogaya hai, documentation khatam hogaya, ab site pe " Offer initiated " dikha rha hai, par avi tak offer letter aaya nahi hai, 15_20 din hogaye hein.. HR se v koi response nahi ... What to do ???

In general term it refers to any additional details like terms and conditions. But not sure in what respect you are asking.
