Hi...I have a question regarding your last question. If we booked Rs. 2,000/- then what about the residual exp.of rs. 8000/-. Shouldn't it be booked in prepaid expenses

In second question i couldn't find any difference if we pass the journal entry it would be the same anyhow i mean there's no any relevant to accrual particularly in the question!

At each month end 5000 will be transferred to advt exp (ie., 60000/12= 5000)
