In Australia sabbatical leave usually means for 4 years you work at 80%pay and then in the 5th year you take the year off with 80% paid annual leave

We only get sabbatical leaves for who are not yet graduated and have final semester exams , in india

Wrong it is offered but it was offered to me when I wanted to resign due to burnout it was unpaid I resigned
