Commander Chopper he gotten a lot of viruses but he deleted the system but he did download a bunch of viruses that damage his computer so it means it isn't click bait he just did it to he can reset his computer
He got a bunch of adware but nothing, that would actually "destroy Windows 10". What killed Windows 10 was him deleting System32, therefore the title is clickbait.
Also he didn't do it to reset the computer (especially since this is a vm). If viruses infect your system, they are everywhere, not only in System32. In order to get rid of them, you would have to format every hard drive. A vm however prevents your computer from getting infected. Propably the best thing to do with an affected vm is to delete the virtual hardware.
So that's why this video is trash.

Why does he always delete system 32? Like I get that its a VM and stuff but is having a VM with viruses on it harmful to the host computer or am I just a complete idiot?

You used "Memz" virus and later turned off your pc. So I think when you tryed open it later it turned for sometime on and showed nyan cat running in the space. So I think onlyes thing what you can do with that computer is watch that nyan cat running in space on your screen.
