I absolutely hate jump scares, but for some reason I would LOVE to be a character actor at an event like HHN (even if it's just a local haunted house).
Worked as a volunteer for a non-profit local haunted house for 4 years. It's a blast but you do have to watch out for people who have the fight/flight instinct that will sometimes lash out. Got to be quick with the scare and retreat 😝

@lindamoulton1560 universal is a lot more protective to their actors. Apparently if you perform any physical assault to an actor you're banned for life.

To be fair, this is technically like a dress rehearsal. It'll be interesting to see if the flow improves on opening night.
The first week of HHN is usually pretty rough, they have to settle into things and iron out any bugs.

I don’t think the scare zones were scary last year but some of the houses were amazing and scary. The scare zones are just more fun to me.
