UHD Cache is mostly useful in interiors (where most of the lighthing is bounced lighting) - in exteriors, there isn't that much bounced lighting so Path Tracing + Path Tracing can be used (and may even be better). Thanks! Tom
In this scene, the displacement didn't need to be at such a detailed resolution as 1 (I haven't watched the video as not sure at what time your comment refers, but I am assuming the displacement uses a value of greater than 1, for lower detail) Thanks! Tom

why you have path tracing on both, and not uhd cache on second?

why dont put 1.0 on displacement (Px)
