I appreciate the style of choral singing for some songs, but I don't think it fit this song very well. Too many of the notes and phrases were crisp, hard, and cut off with that classic choral finality, but when you contrast them to the softened, lingering notes that trail off of the original, it was tremendously jarring and didn't express the tone of the piece well. "THERE'S-suh. ... Such. A. Chill." evokes very different emotions from "theres... suchachill." Talented singers, to be sure, but this felt like a stilted recitation of a poem they didn't understand and not the visceral anguish, bitterness, and hopelessness of a suicide pact as it is being carried out.

i thought their singing was amazing and that ending was perfection but personally I feel like the tempo was a little bit too fast.
