Loved the video Sarah! I use my recollections to journal/memory keep. The hobo/tn combo looks like a very solid system and attractive. I toss between rings and strings depending on my needs. I like your stickers too. Yes let us know how the editorial spread worked! Thanks!
I loved this video! I learned so much about the different planners. I currently use the Mambi planners in different sizes, but I am wanting to experiment with bullet journaling or the Hobinichi planner. I would love to see a video on how you make your stickers with your Cricut as I have the Cricut Explore Air. Thanks and Happy Planning, Denise
I love you plan with me videos so please keep them coming. I have a feeling that I will have a Cricut at some point in my life but until then, I'll be ordering stickers. I'm very interest in the bujo layouts and how you drew the flowers. I don't draw well but I think I could do it :)
Carla Fredd They were super easy! Check out the link in my description to Amanda Rach Lee's channel. She has a walkthrough on how to draw them! Her channel is awesome.
I would try an set up a schedule for you and Andrew! Maybe see if you can get the day schedule for his school next yeargroup for next year and base it off that. Set up time for chores to do together, fun activities for just you and him, and 'quiet time'. Quiet times for when he plays on his own or watches a movie, and you get to work. If you structure it so you give him one-on-one time on both sides of quiet times, you should be able to at least get some words in or get a few things done!
J.D. Robinson All great suggestions!! My issue is that I really need at least 8-10 hours a day to work. I'm guessing it's going to be limited sleep for me this summer, haha. Either that or I'm going to learn how to be more efficient, which would be great!
As much as I hate it, getting up early works the best for me. But then I pretty much crash after I get them in bed. I find social media and blog posts easy to do around the kids, but writing I got to do alone. So I do that first and early, then everything else as I find time pockest of time. :/ I will admit though, I don't get much done when the kids are home. There's just too much distraction and too many things to do.
Another great video, thanks! I find it amazing that you have so much energy. Honestly, where do you get it from? 80-100K words a month is INSANE. And you have a young child! How many hours, on average, do you work a day? Do you treat your days as normal work days, like 9 to 5? After 4 25-min pommodori sessions I usually get pretty tired mentally. On a super great day, I might do 6 sessions, but it can be exhausting. I guess different writers have different levels of writing stamina. I wish I had yours. :-)
Mayra Calvani I'm really pushing myself this year, because I had very low productivity the past couple of years. Now that I've worked through so many of my personal and mindset issues, I'm just ready to move forward. I also tend to be a binge writer where I will write non-stop for days and get a lot of words, but then I'll be completely wasted mentally for a week after. Everyone has their process, and I'd love to be more consistent, but for now this is getting me to my deadlines, so I'm running with it! I typically work at least 50 hour weeks between writing and business and professional development stuff like taking business courses, etc. I don't intend to keep up this pace for years but right now, I'm utilizing the energy I have from two years of quiet internal work, if that makes sense.
Heart Breathings That’s still pretty amazing, Sarra! Definitely utilize that energy you have. Out of those 50 hours, how many for exclusively writing and revising your novels, would you say? Thanks for sharing! BTW, you should be a guest at the Science Fiction and Fantasy Marketing podcast and also the Self-Publishing Formula podcast. They interview successful and prolific authors like you :-)
It really depends on the week and where I am on a project. At least 28 out of the 50 most weeks. Some of that time is dedicated to brainstorming notes on upcoming books as well. I feel it takes me a long time to plot, because I'm always trying find the perfect twist!
JoAnne Markov It's just scrapbook paper cut to size. I used tombow removable adhesive to stick it on there so I can switch out the design when I feel like it!
I absolutely love AmandaRachLee! She's fantastic.

Have you thought of selling your stickers on Etsy?
Is that contact paper on the Cousin?
