    Planning your goals is one thing. Actually achieving them is something else entirely! Are you ready to plan and actually achieve your goals? Which of these tips is your favorite, and do you have any tips of your own to share?

    I learned that driving motorcycles: you'll go where you're looking so it's real important to focus where you really want to go. ❤😊

    All fantastic advice, Sarra, for anyone who wants to get "from here to there".
    I want to highlight one thing you said, that it's important to do things that bring you joy which don't have a "point" - it's one thing to avoid burn out, I think, versus actively seeking ways to enjoy the life you are living right at this moment.
    It might sound weird but feeling happier now makes getting your stuff done easier, and opens you up to more opportunities and possibility. So go do something fun because it's fun, every day, and trust me it will help :)

    At 7:15, how do we know what the tasks are for a particular goal? Examples: going wide, getting a Book bub ad, getting my book into libraries, etc.

    It's so cool to see the beginnings of HB90. My partner and I have been talking about taking your course for some time now, and now that we're finally getting to a point in our lives where things are more stable and we're fulfilling some of our long-awaited dreams, we'll definitely be looking into the next round probably in 2024! But I'm so grateful for all these tips. I have a lot of work to do on myself, and planning has never been my strong suit. But I think with the guidance you've given to so many people here, I can learn to do this, too, and that's incredibly exciting! Thank you, again, for all your help, Sarra!

    Thank you so much for talking about the mental health side of achieving goals. It's so rare to hear someone talk about that, even though it's so important. I used to neglect my mental health in order to achieve my goals, and it took me down a really dark road of mental illness and burnout. I haven't been able to write for years, even though it's my passion. It's only been since I've been learning how to listen to myself recently and put my mental health first that I've been able to start writing a little bit again.

      Huge hugs to you. I have been there, as well, and it's a tough road back to the joy of creating. Please take care of yourself and write! Glad to hear you are back at it!

    I just discovered the HB90 method, so hopefully I'll be able to participate in the Q3 bootcamp.
    I'm currently setting up Q2 and really struggling with the "what does success look like to you"-question and the following success question 😅

    Just echoing other comments here about the mental health side of things. Thank you very much for talking about this and highlighting the potentially harmful culture of "hustling". Really enjoyed listening to your points.

    I love your videos! The plot your novel series is so helpful. I just signed up for the boot camp. Can’t wait. The planner itself is worth signing up. Stay safe!! Here in Louisiana I’m feeling your pain.

    This video came a good time for me. I have been wanting to implement some of your 90 day planning techniques but knowing how make goals, no matter how many videos I've seen, it's tough for me. This explains it in a way I can grasp it better.
    I'm also using your schedule for book projects to plan my own. I'm implementing it now. How do you keep on top of it all? I have my schedule but girl, most days I don't feel like following it 🤣 I'm constantly telling myself that I'll have more time tomorrow but I never catch up.

    • @HeartBreathings
      @HeartBreathings  6 років тому +1

      I completely understand! I've found for me that if I put too much on my schedule, I feel overwhelmed and I feel like there's no way I'm going to get it done.. And if I miss a couple of days, I'm already so behind, it's depressing.
      For me, it's been a constant refining of my process to find that balance between achieving goals that matter and not trying to do too much at once.
      If you're interested at all, I'd love to have you come to the bootcamp. This is exactly the kind of thing we'll be taking through!

    I've seen "Keyword Research" on your plans for two quarters now. Could you make a video explaining your process? I'm assuming it's for each of your books, or it's also keywords for blogging and UA-cam?
    I hope I could take the course but if you have it again I hope I get to take it then.
    I also hope you stay safe and everything goes well.

    • @mayracalvani7583

      I'm interested in keywords as well, especially if it's for Amazon ads. :-)

    • @HeartBreathings
      @HeartBreathings  6 років тому +4

      Yes, the keyword research is there for my books. I've been wanting to see if I can boost sales on Amazon with refreshing my keywords, and I want to Target better for AMS ads which i haven't had much time to play around with yet.

      This course is more about the planning process than how to self publish or market your books, but there will be a course about that stuff coming up at the beginning of the year. I'll also be doing some videos free here on UA-cam as always!

      @HeartBreathings  6 років тому +2

      Yes, I'm going to put it up separately. I was hoping to already have a Q4 version up by now, but since we had to evacuate, I haven't had a chance to finish it up. I'll post when I do put it up, though!

    • @HeartBreathings

      Yes, I totally get that! It took a long time before I finally found the right balance that helps me to stay motivated, get stuff done, but not get burned out. It's always a struggle, though. Hang in there!
