    I have the dvd that this video came from. Its called The Art of becoming an Artist. I have purchased it as a gift for two young people I know who love to draw. I recommend it! I got it at Jerry's! My favorite TOY store! Haha! :)

    Omg the unified palette. I try to use that rule for decorating my rooms. I must apply that to the canvas!

    I personally think it should be 50% busy and 50% calm because it would create a nice contrast. Juxtaposition really catches the eye of the viewer.

      It so obvious that patients with Herpes virus are being enslaved to the antiviral drugs that is being prescribed by medical doctors to help suppress and not to cure them completely from the virus they have been battling with "a society that keeps cure a secret so they can continue to sell medication for huge profits is not a real society but a huge mental asylum" I suffered from Herpes virus for three years using medical treatment hoping that one day God will do wonders In my life,
      A stranger I met at the park felt sorry when I share my story of how I was raped and got infected with this disease she immediately introduced me to herbalist oduntun from west africa I was convinced that he can cure me completely from the virus so I decided to go into natural remedy with herbalist oduntun.
      I contacted him on What'sApp we discussed and he explained everything to me how I will get the herbal medication, the prescription and food diets i will be on while taking the herbal medicine, I was on medication for 21 days following these rules without eating meat or any diary product. (i'm on plant base🌿 )
      I give thanks to God almighty for leading me to the stranger that introduced me to this genuine herbal doctor I'm really grateful🙏🏼 for more information on how to reach him here is his email address: herbalistoduntun@gmail.com or what'sApp number: +2349039463501 here's my email as well: gonzales17rose@gmail.com Stay Safe And Good luck.

    I love the video, but there's something confusing me. I really had the notion of something you said earlier on the video, that everything on the "orange side" of the color wheel is warm and everything on the "blue side" of the color wheel is cool. So what do you mean w/ cool red or warm blue? I see the difference when i look at the two reds or blues, but i thought they were both warm or both cool respectively. Thank you so much! :)

    • @kbld1
      @kbld1 10 років тому +2

      Any color regardless of overall 'warm' or 'cool' nature can also have warm or cool undertones. Yellow is decidely 'warm', but Lemon Yellow is considered a cool yellow because of the blue undertones which impart a slight greenish cast. Blue is an overall cool color, but if there are yellow, orange or warm red undertones, it can be considered a warm blue.
      A warm green would be 'olive' (orange undertones) and a cool green would be 'emerald' (blue undertones). Hope that helps. This is where a color wheel comes in handy - typically these color mixes labeled and viewable through cutouts in the wheel (like the one Dan shows).

    Nice video. The painting by Albert Bierstadt is actually not Yosemite, but "Among the Sierra Nevada Mountains", though. :)

    You should say color AND texture in the title.
    Please change it so other people can see :)

    where I get confused are with warm blues and cool reds and yellows

    • @CesarCordova
      @CesarCordova 6 років тому

      hear fan, a red con be closer to orange, like vermillion, a warm red, or closer to violet, like Alizarin Crimson, that's a cool red. Same with every other color.

  • @ghiboot7708
    @ghiboot7708 7 років тому +1

    phthalo blue is actually a cool blue and ultramarine is a warm blue, phthalo blue has a yellow bias which makes it look a little greenish while ultramarine has a red bias.

    • @Impressio_Nisti
      @Impressio_Nisti 7 років тому +5

      Gil Isana A red bias does not mean it's not cool and yellow bias does not mean it's not warm.
