The range is beautiful isn't it? It's by a company called Lewis and Irene and the range is 'A Country Side Winter'. You might be able to find it on Etsy maybe, it's a couple of years old now, c x

Do you think it would be ok not to use wadding on the piece with the curve cut out? I am using insulbrite on the other side.
Should be fine as long as you're not prone to brushing up against the other oven shelves as you remove things, c x
