DIY Puff sleeve tiered dress with ruffle neck - Step by step sewing tutorial

Welcome or welcome back to my channel. My name is Jess and I love doing DIY, making clothes in a "simply but pretty" way.
In today's video, I'm going to share with you how I made my Puff sleeve tiered dress with ruffle neck. This dress is the perfect choice for anyone who is not confident about their upper body. It also makes you look a little taller.
So I hope you will like this tutorial and try it out.
To make this DIY, please check out my basic information below:
- Sewing machine: Merrit Joyful Sewing
- Material: Boil fabric for main fabric and thin cotton fabric for lining
- My body measurements: 82-64-92. I'm 165cm and usually wear Small size
I learn sewing by myself. So some of my techniques might be not correct or in the professional way. However, I works out pretty well for me and I think it would turn out the same for you.

One of the most beautiful dresses you've ever made Jess! It's SOOO PRETTY 😍! I'm in love with the fabric, so light-weight and with the lovliest delicate little embroidery ❤. Wonderful design.
I wonder if it would look OK as a midi or full-length (together with the sleeves it might be a little heavy-looking), as I'm not too comfortable with showing my legs, and love the bishop sleeves at the same time 🤔.
Thank you so much! If you want the dress longer, I think you should make the sleeves shorter. So it will create the balance for the dress

I think you can use linen. But don't use a very thick one as it won't create the floating feeling of the dress
