    Also, about Yuki.
She's not in love with Masachika, she just troll the hell out of Alya and play a role of a wingman for them in her own, very twisted, way.
She will be the main drive behind the plot, actually.
And the bed scene, while insane and crazy, is a good representation of sibling dynamic.
As a brother myself i can say, that most siblings don't shy the nudity of each other and this scene should've represent that, since Yuki while playfull never go overboard and Masachika never pay any mind for her showing off her clivage. This is just a healthy sibling dynamic with your little gremlin of a sister, instead of him freaking out and blushing because of the situation, which show how mature he is.

Finally! Roshidere aka. Alya Sometimes Hides Her Feelings in Russian!
Alya/Alisa, Kuze, Yuki and Marisa! Quite the lively bunch and... the girls are quite mischievous, teasing and devilish... well, that's my favorite kind of anime girl at this point, I guess.
First off... unhingedness is misspelled in the video description.
    Episode 1:
    - 4:38: Yay, another Student Council protagonist! I really love all of those I have seen so far.
    - 6:22: Well... this anime here airs at 11:30 PM in Japan...
    - 6:45: Sounds about right, Masachika... and then I am also insane.
    - 15:35: You know... this art style... can literally make any girl look smug and mischievous like a gremlin. AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT.
    - 22:55: My reaction. "OH MY FRICKING GOD"
    - 30:51: And that's where you are right and wrong at the same time, huh? In the matter that it is Alya's sister, but the hair and eye colors are also not the same either...
    Episode 2:
    - 40:08: Those two appear to have a good friendly sibling relationship, alright.
    - 40:34: I didn't think of *that*, but YEAHHH.
    - 57:09: Anime making me learn more interesting English words again, yeah?
    - 58:42: Uh yeah, I do see it like that. Yuki being able to be that devilish is certainly also evidence of a functioning sibling relationship...
    Episode 3:
    - 1:01:24: Or rather some amazing and mischievous girls in this entire anime? Not just the siblings of the main duo.
    - 1:18:21: Memories can absolutely be wrong - especially when Kuze can't even remember her name anymore.
    - 1:23:15: And they do say that every single episode will have a different ending, yeah?
    - 1:24:04: No... I don't think that's the case there. Especially considering Yuki's whole talking about them mostly knowing each other from childhood days... though... them always being on the same school points at the other option? I dunno...
    - 1:24:09: Conjecture, hmm? So Maomao really did get into your head.

Each episode will be having different ED song
    Episode 1 : Gakuen Tengko by Finger 5 (1993)
Episode 2 : Kawaikute Gomen by HoneyWorks (2022) Alya VA who's also voice chisato also sang this song with another member of Pasupare from Bang Dream
    Episode 3 : Ippai Ga Omoide by H20 (1983)
So by the look of the pattern it's look like for episode 4 they're going to use a new/recent song tho i can be wrong 😅

Human body is quite strange. It is infact possible that a child loses/Change's Eye colors as they grew. Similar to hair color also. People with partial heterochromia have most likely loses the distint eye colors as they age. However it's a genetic mutation if i remember.
And additionally it is also possible that Masha is using contact and dying her hair to not stand out. Since Alya has Blue Eyes.

    Fun Fact:
Alya is voiced by the lovely Uesaka Sumire who also voiced Shirasagi Chisato from Pastel Palettes in BanG Dream!. She also voiced characters from other series such as Lum from Urusei Yatsura, Nagatoro Hayase from Don't Toy with me Miss Nagatoro, Shalltear Bloodfallen from Overlord, etc. And yup, she also speaks Russian, English, and Chinese as well, and she's such a metalhead.

This anime is quite a treat!
Episode 1: The introduction of our cast, not much to say here. Tho the childhood friend that speaks russian and the "Childhood friend" who's extremely clingy did catch my attention when i first saw them.
Episode 2: WTH she is his sister!? she is also the otaku buddy he mentioned in the first episode!? Also, her liking incest in manga is based af, ngl
Episode 3: OMG is Masha really who i think she is!? If she is, then i guess Alya's love rival is not Yuki, but Masha huh...love it!

I mean, she asked what his family name was, how more obvious can you get
anime hair color is a dubious evidence at best, I wouldn't take it that seriously

Masha knew it was him by his looks and his name (you remember her having trouble pronouncing his name when they were playing in the park).
The reason why she spoke in Russian is because she knew "Sa-kun" was trying to learn Russian so she wanted to see if he still remembered any Russian or kept learning it.
Kuze also recognised her subconsciously which is why he days why does it feel familiar
Also, this is all my analysis and I haven't read the source material. But I am 99.99% sure.

THATS MASHA IN BACK MEMORIES WITH KUZE KUN WHEN THEY KIDS

Sure one could know/understand that hair and even eye colours can change over time, or that Masha might be hiding her "foreigness" intentionally (via a wig and/or contacts) to fit in while Alya doesn't bother. Masha specifically wanted Alya to call her onee-chan (big sis) in the Japanese style while Alya refuses.
Regardless, there is another easy explanation: we are seeing Kuze's memory, and he admits almost immediately that he has forgotten a lot about the girl who encouraged him to learn Russian, including her name.
On a side note, in the flashback during the first episode, the girl notably says Masachika differently than he does, putting the emphasis on the second sylable and less on the third (Ma-SA-chi-Ka) making it sound even less Japanese than it already does. That might explain why Masha calls him "Sa-kun" to due to how she mispronounced his name.

      @respox2191 Місяць тому

Masha still has brown eyes at home, where it would be strange for her to continue to wear contact lenses. But Masachika is very young in the flashback, so it's totally plausible for the girl's blue eyes to have naturally turned brown by this time.

As a native speaker i should say, that Sumire Uesaka did a great job with her pronunciation.
She had some troubles with some really hard words here and there, but those words are too hard for japanese person to say physically (word "serebristie" or "серебристые"/"silver" when she was talking about her hair in the first episode for example), literally, because of how japanese language works comparing to russian, and how different we use consonants and vowels in it, there's almost no words in japanese with so many back-to-back consonants in them(if any, actually, i'm not sure if there are such words), so for her say words like that is very difficult.
Other than that she did such a great job.
