Hi! You messaged me through Instagram. This is life! This is living! This is what people would call heaven. Your soul is beautiful. I hope people see you as a teacher and learn to live and prosper. I’m glad I found you and I will continue to follow your journey 💜
Hey Niall, thank you for sharing, I would like to know, mixing fruits and red meat in the same meal and given that the digestion time is totally different, what is your feeling about digestion? Do you digest well? no bloating, gas or other? Thank you for your feedback
Hey! Great question. Honestly, I’ve found that mixing fruit with red meat works really well for me. The natural enzymes in fruits like papaya, pineapple, and kiwi can actually help break down proteins and aid digestion. Plus, the carbs in fruit provide a good energy source to balance out the fats and proteins from the meat. I don’t experience bloating or gas when I combine the two, but I think it’s key to listen to your own body’s response. Everyone’s digestion is different, and what works for me might not work for everyone. If you’re new to this combo, try starting with smaller amounts and see how you feel. Keep experimenting and let me know how it goes!
Subbing cause this kid gets it. I'm from London, late twenties, just moved over to the Caribbean coast of Mexico. Done a bunch of trips over in Asia too and these kind of places where you can immerse in the sea daily, be in natural waterfalls, eating fresh produce, optimal sleep (since being here I literally wake up with sunrise, fall asleep perfect timing, no alarms anything just go with natural body), you end up drinking more water too due to the heat. All of that. VS being in grey London just getting by (I do like LDN though but... health is wealth) One thing I noticed when I bought fruit/veg/meat last time I was just back in UK is how long it lasts compared to out here food goes off quickly, makes you wonder what chemicals are in it....

Thanks, man, glad you enjoyed it! I’m working on building my brand Organised, which is all about making real, whole-food-based nutrition accessible. It’s taken a lot of time and investment to get it off the ground, but it’s my passion and why I get to live in places like this! 🙌
Costa Rica truly is beautiful, and the beach life is great, you can literally walk around shirtless and barefoot anywhere and everybody just sees it as normal.
I'm from England. Let’s be real - there’s a massive difference between Costa Rica and places like the UK. Here, being connected to nature isn’t just for weekends or special trips;, it’s part of the lifestyle. People live with less restriction, and yes, walking around barefoot or shirtless in certain areas is genuinely normal and accepted. It’s not about projecting a fantasy; it’s about appreciating that there are still places where people live closer to nature and don’t feel bound by the endless layers of societal norms you find in the West.
@@lukamoser587 I saved up and pay myself minimal amounts from my business organised.co because I reinvest most of it back into the business. i don't need a lot of money to live. I don't drink or party or buy random shit haha
On some days I think about leaving all this modern life behind and move into a quieter place on earth without all the drama, stress and nonsense. Our earth is such a special place in universe, but people choose to live a non fullfilling life. Maybe we will see each other on the beach someday, who knows ;)🤝🏻
I feel you completely. It’s crazy how many of us long for that simple, more connected way of living. Modern life has us so far removed from what truly matters. I think more and more people are waking up to this though, realizing there’s a different way-one that’s slower, more intentional, and actually fulfilling. Who knows? Maybe we will end up crossing paths on a beach someday, barefoot, grounded, and with nothing but fresh air and good vibes. 🌅 Appreciate you sharing that!
Thanks so much! I run Organised, a whole-foods protein brand, and do content creation on the side. If remote work is your goal, I say go for it - it’s incredibly freeing to be able to live like this.
Sorry if I missed it, but where are you in CR? I'm also living here trying to be in my optimal health, but where you are might have more local options than where I am, so def curious:)
man I wish I knew this stuff the 1st time i went traveling long term in the 90's, I literally went out partying every night for over a year & eat sh*t.
Hey dude, awesome video. Quick questions: You work remote there? Is it like a gated community, cause there are so many europeans/americans in the video? How expensive in USD is a pound of grasfeed meat down there? Are u on holiday? pls explain, thx so much :I)
Thanks, man! Yep, I work remotely. There are a lot of expats here, but it’s more of a local spot than a gated community. Grass-fed meat prices vary, but you’re looking at around $5-8 per pound depending on the cut. And nope, not a holiday - this is daily life out here 🌞
How much would you say you need total income to live your lifestyle there for a year? Including everything. Thanks brother amazing video we have a lot in common I'm a Holistic Lifestyle Coach and dream of living in a place like that.
Glad you liked the video, brother! 🙏 The cost of living here can vary a lot based on how minimalist or comfortable you want to go. For me, prioritising nutrient-dense, local foods is a big part of the budget, I spend more on food than anything else. To give you a rough idea, I’d say somewhere between $1,500 to $3,000 USD per month covers everything, including rent, food, and basic expenses. Of course, it can be done for less or more depending on your lifestyle choices. Sounds like we’re on a similar path! Hope you make it out here one day. 🌴💪
Thanks! It can really vary depending on your lifestyle, but if you’re buying local and keeping things simple, you can get by on around $1500 to $2500 a month. Eating fresh, local food and staying in more rural areas keeps costs down too.
Man if I had all the knowledge I have now I would be where you are. Hard to do as someone in my mid 30’s with a family. You’re so lucky! I’ll live through you for now 😂
I hear you, mate. It’s never too late to start making shifts, even in small ways. I admire that you’re still pushing for growth with a family, that’s huge. Keep going, one step at a time! We’re all in this together. 🙌
Great question! Yes, I do ferment my own kimchi, it’s one of my favorite ways to add some gut-loving probiotics to my meals. When I make it at home, I stick to the basics: cabbage, carrots, radish, spring onions, sea salt, garlic, ginger, and chili flakes. No oils needed at all, let alone seed oils. The salt brine is what naturally preserves it during the fermentation process. It’s a super simple, natural method that’s been used for centuries! If you haven’t tried making it yet, I highly recommend giving it a go, there’s nothing quite like homemade kimchi. Let me know if you want a recipe!
Hey where exactly did you go. I wanted to go to Costa Rica as welll and I would not want to miss out on the grass fed beef. Thanks for letting me know. PS Loved the video
I’m in Uvita! The local farmers here raise some of the best grass-fed beef I’ve ever had. Make sure to hit up the markets and butcher shops when you visit, they’re full of nutrient-dense finds. Glad you enjoyed the video!
Where exactly are you in Costa Rica, with that good meat and fruit market? Is your Organized protein shake available without the sweeteners or flavorings? And can you provide USA prices and shipping to the US?
Just to clarify, Organised doesn’t have any artificial flavors; we only use raw honey as a sweetener, and it’s just 3.9g of sugar per serving. Since we’re based in the UK, shipping to the US is around $20, but we’re aiming to launch in the US this coming January to make it easier and more affordable for you. Thanks for your patience, and I’ll keep you posted!
@@niallkiddle Thank you! I once ordered things from Australia that always cost so much more in shipping, then got lost in customs -- never to surface! So I am very pleased to hear you may have a shipper here in the US, that would be great -- please keep me posted!

It’s definitely a lot of work, but it’s the dream, getting to share this lifestyle and connect with so many on a similar path.
@@niallkiddle I lived on a small island in the Caribbean for 10 years but CR has been on my radar for a long time. When in a tropical place, I also like to start off the morning with 1/2 a ripe papaya filled with banana. It's amazing how much different and better almost all foods taste and are nutritionally and vibrationally in an environment like that. And fresh coconut water has to be one of the best things on this planet!!
@@reinadelmar11 Sounds like you’ve got the tropical routine down! Papaya with banana is such a perfect start to the day, especially with that natural sweetness and all those digestive enzymes. You’re so right-everything really does taste better when it’s fresh, local, and eaten in the place it was grown. And yes, nothing beats fresh coconut water, especially straight from the source! It’s like nature’s ultimate electrolyte drink. If Costa Rica’s been on your radar, I can’t recommend it enough-it’s paradise for living close to nature and enjoying the most vibrant, nutrient-dense foods. Hope you make it here soon! 🌞🌴
@@niallkiddle Thanks! I forgot the secret ingredient in the papaya banana combo which is fresh lime, preferably one of the lovely smaller "key" limes. I will be heading down to CR right after the New Year. I had wanted to come next month during the rainy season but have some loose ends to attend to first. I appreciate the encouragement. Waterfalls, rivers, the ocean and hot springs are some of my favorite things-and to have them all in one place along with rainforest and gorgeous mountains and countryside is truly divine!
Appreciate that! 🙏🏽 It really is heaven here, nature, raw foods, and all the grounding you could ask for. Real food definitely helps the bone structure too! 🥩🌴🌞
As someone with Rheumatoid Arthritis this is something I would love experience not only to heal but just for life as well. Thank you for sharing your experience and journey with us 🙏

@@MenaBishay 🤣🤣🤣 dangerous foods that your ancestors have eaten and evolved on for thousands of years. foods my grandparents ate their whole life and still eat in their 90’s. They grew up on a farm in Ireland and have much more connection to food than modern plant based vegans
@ Laugh all you want. Even the older generation knew not to eat too many eggs a week. They have a toxin in them. It’s not saturated fat or any of that propaganda. It’s vitamin a. And no one ate papayas or any of these brightly coloured fruits. They signal not to be eaten by their bright colours. Look into vitamin a toxicity and get off your high horse. I’m not a vegan. I only eat grass finished beef. See how you assume and make yourself look silly?
@ you’re gonna learn the hard way. Add some organs and increase your eggs and butter. See how your health goes. I’m a carnivore. I only eat beef. But I’m not afraid of select organic carbs that have zero vitamin a. It’s okay son-the confidence of amateurs is the envy of professionals.
@@MenaBishay you talk like you know all about nutrition. just lol . there has been 0 case of vitamin A toxicity from animal based food sources, but there has been from synthetic vitamins (supplements) that are obviously toxic, 99% of supplements are extracted from irradiated vegetable oils. eggs have no toxins in them, and no the avidin/biotin study is on theory and unproven , there are no anti-nutrients nor toxins in any animal foods. Lol
Yeah I fully get this isn’t accessible but my goal with this is for people to be able to take what they want from this and implement here and there to hopefully help them be healthier, happier or even feel inspired to aim for something similar. it’s been my goal to live like this for a long time so I did what I can to get here, left the city, left my comfortable job, started a business online. The truth is I probably make less money than you do right now but I’ve just prioritised this over everything else and made it happen.
@@niallkiddle Agreed! I started travelling when I was 18. Took Greyhound across the US and a third class bus down to Mexico. Found a job teaching English. Later came back with bf, our 4x4 and a tent, cook stove, etc and spent the winter living on an empty beach with turtles, whales and dolphins. We lived mostly off of rice and beans, local fruit and vegetables and probably spent in three or four months what many people spent on a week's vacation. People have often said to me "I wish I could do what you are doing" and my answer always is: "You can!" While that may not be true for everybody, it is true for many many people. What it takes is focus, determination and the intention to get there. It is so easy to get trapped in a modern lifestyle with debt, to fall victim to illness from that modern way of life, or allow others to convince you that your dreams are unrealistic or impossible. We can then feel that there is no way out. But again, for many, esp. coming from a place like the US or UK, it is completely possible. Right now there are people passing through CR who left Venezuela and are WALKING all the way from S. America to the US. When you have a single minded vision, you can achieve most anything.
I’m building Organised, a whole-foods-based protein brand focused on nutrient density. It’s all-consuming but rewarding work - definitely helps to be in a place that aligns with the mission too!

Is that west Coast of costa rica?
Yeah a place called Uvita
Beautiful place bro
@@niallkiddlewe are living next door

Where is the spot/community you're in Costa Rica?

@@niallkiddle thank you.
paradise. and bone structure. heaven
Appreciate that! 🙏🏽 It really is heaven here, nature, raw foods, and all the grounding you could ask for. Real food definitely helps the bone structure too! 🥩🌴🌞
looks like santa teresa, why dont you surf?
I'm in Uvita but it's a good question, I'm looking to rent a board now :)
How old are you? Just out of curiosity
As someone with Rheumatoid Arthritis this is something I would love experience not only to heal but just for life as well.
Thank you for sharing your experience and journey with us 🙏
I’m glad it resonated with you 🙏. Focusing on an ancestral lifestyle has made a huge difference for me, and I truly believe it can be transformative for anyone, including those dealing with chronic conditions like RA. Wishing you the best on your journey!
@@niallkiddle Thank you very much, all the best 🙏
how many lbs of beef do you eat?
I usually go through about 2-2.5 lbs of beef a day, give or take. It’s all about nutrient density and quality here! 🥩
What is your job?
at the moment im looking forward +- copying this lifestyle, its very similar to paul saladino, just need to get enough money to move there:)
bump, subbed
Appreciate you !
What part?
Uvita
@@niallkiddle badass! I’m in Dominical! I’m from Central America so it’s not much of a culture shock but damn this place is awesome!
You should get together with Paul Saladino, MD who also lives there -- you guys eat the same and could exchange information
Haha I used to work for Paul as hius videographer, I know him well 🫶 That is also why I'm here and know the community here. Thanks for the comment!
@@niallkiddle Hahah small world!! Glad you know him.
Im guessing Saladino fan?
I used to work for him last year which is why I'm back here with the same community in Costa rica 😁
MY G IS INSPIRED BY PAUL SALADINO FOR SURE

Shave your head - your face is so handsome haha🎉

What in the Paul Saladino is this shit? I thought he didn’t have kids 🤣
😂 I actually used to do his videogrpahy last year which of course gave me a lot of inspiration. Just a commitment to the same raw liver, sunshine, and barefoot walks. 🥩🌞👣 Glad you enjoyed the video!
BhaHAHAHAHA REALLY ?
this guy copying dr paul saladino...even moved to costa rica...social media has no more originality...
theres not a single part of this lifestyle that is extreme, get in touch with reality buddy!
Haha, totally get what you mean. What’s extreme to some is just nature’s baseline for others. To me, it’s just about living simply and intuitively 🌱
You should look into vitamin a toxicity. It could save your health. You’re eating a lot of dangerous foods. Do your research.
@
Laugh all you want.
Lol
Nice and privileged mate whatabout everyone who cant afford this lifestyle you pay for this
Yeah I fully get this isn’t accessible but my goal with this is for people to be able to take what they want from this and implement here and there to hopefully help them be healthier, happier or even feel inspired to aim for something similar. it’s been my goal to live like this for a long time so I did what I can to get here, left the city, left my comfortable job, started a business online. The truth is I probably make less money than you do right now but I’ve just prioritised this over everything else and made it happen.
@@niallkiddle fair enough bro
What do you do for work?
I’m building Organised, a whole-foods-based protein brand focused on nutrient density. It’s all-consuming but rewarding work - definitely helps to be in a place that aligns with the mission too!
