Nic is an incredible drummer, there's something kind of hypnotic when I watch his drumming videos, such a calm, precise, elegant and creative drummer in my humble opinion. Don't know if this was the most appropriate video to showcase his drumming technique though, but it was nice seeing you react to it.

A couple years ago one of his videos popped up on my UA-cam feed and have been hooked on Northlane ever since.

Nic has such headroom in his playing, which you called out. He's a really thoughtful drummer and knows when/where to apply chops so well. Lovely guy if you get a chance to meet him too.

Hey, Garrett. Just wanted to say that I really appreciate you and your content. I’m a guitarist who knows very little about drumming and I find your reactions to be both insightful and engaging. You’ve got a really cool vibe… like the kind of guy you’d wanna grill and knock back a few PBR’s with, ya know? I’ve also kind of lost interest in playing over the past few years because of other stuff going on, but seeing you back at the reaction videos is giving me some inspiration to hop back on it, myself.

Great drumming. Nic is a beast. His ride/crash cymbal was tripping me out the way it was angled. Every time he hit it, I felt like it was gonna smack him upside the head despite being nowhere close! lol But I like like that. The setup of it makes sense though to maintain a solid attack even though it's mounted so low. Love it!

As a diehard metal/core fan who watched many of his reaction videos, i kinda agree lol. He should just do stuff that he really wants to do instead of having youtube/patreon control and ruin his fun. If you do this stuff with increasing money being involved, you have to do it full time with maximum focus. Otherwise viewers will notice that you're basically just doing comissions for them and finally leave
