I would switch the dining room and living room. Because you want a certain image in your line of sight when you walk in the front door; the family hanging around...relaxing by the fireplace...or watching the television. Its a picture I have in my head. XD

This house is so beautiful, and i love the way it was filmed. Personally, I think a darker wooden floor would have given it more personality but I get they wanted to match the indoors floor with the outdoors too.

I have to admit I have been in this house at least 7 times in the past year. There is one bigger and even better than this one on the property but it was purchased.
I think the top balcony should be another small kitchen/dining area with a fire place. Then add pocket doors for the indoor/outdoor feel whenever you want it. It would be nice to have a laundry room upstairs though. Maybe turn one of the rooms into one?

The only thing I can say is I would preferred different windows and kitchen cabinets colors I don’t like I love that the stairs are not facing the from my door.🤔

Toll Brothers are usually on top of things, but leaving that linen closet door in the master unpainted was tacky, still nice house.
I made this video before the home had it's open house to the public. I'm sure they finished it after I made the video.
