Love, love, LOVE this! A master suite AND an in-law suite on the first level! That optional balcony is ♨! You can just sit back, relaxed, and look out over the water. The loft sitting area and bonus/media room are perfect family spaces. The other bedrooms are good sized and have nice sized closets. The bathrooms are all perfectly appointed. Those Toll Brothers know how to design and build houses!

I would switch the dining room and living room. Because you want a certain image in your line of sight when you walk in the front door; the family hanging around...relaxing by the fireplace...or watching the television.

This house is so beautiful, and i love the way it was filmed. Personally, I think a darker wooden floor would have given it more personality but I get they wanted to match the indoors floor with the outdoors too.

I think the top balcony should be another small kitchen/dining area with a fire place. Then add pocket doors for the indoor/outdoor feel whenever you want it. It would be nice to have a laundry room upstairs though. Maybe turn one of the rooms into one?

Nice but not sure I like the layout of the in-law-suite. It's confusing...so much wasted space in the hallway area and does that spa bathroom belong to the in-law-suite (which It should have a master bedroom with a spa bathroom) and not a tiny shower bathroom; and can't tell weather that tv room belongs to the in-law suite or just by itself (why would there be a spa bathroom next that (it should have a small bathroom for people who come in from the pool area,etc etc.). I like the other in-law-plans rather than this small one.
That must be an expensive one I'm almost afraid to ask the price
