@@chike10k Hi Chile, that's another vide, but in short contacts built over the years ++ and the 2 houses in this video were acquired in auction but you need to have a strategy which I will also share in another video otherwise you could end up over paying. Thanks for your comment too..

Lovely property in Shephard's bush, how come you needed planning permission would the extensions not come under PD?
Thanks great question. Converting your loft for additional living space is generally allowed under permitted development. You can build single-storey rear extensions up to a certain size (usually 3-4 meters depending on house type) and double-storey extensions under specific conditions. Hope this helps..)
