  • Understanding freehold vs leasehold is crucial! This video dives into the hidden costs of leaseholds, from escalating ground rent to limitations on renovations. We'll then explore the benefits of freehold ownership, like greater control, security, and potential for increased value. By the end, you'll be equipped to make an informed decision about whether to buy the land itself or just the right to live on it.
We also explore the exciting world of regeneration zones in London, comparing them to established neighbourhoods like Kensington, Islington, and the hottest spots in Northwest London. We'll uncover the unique advantages of each option to help you decide where to find your dream home or investment.
We'll explore the latest luxury developments in London Nine Elms and Canary Wharf, showcasing the incredible amenities they offer residents. But there's a catch! We'll delve into the often-high service charges associated with these perks and ask: who foots the bill?
London's luxury landscape boasts sky-high pools, private cinemas, state-of-the-art business centre's, pampering concierges, high-tech gyms, and sprawling communal gardens - all offered by the capital's latest developments. The question is "are they worth the premiums being charged"..?

I recall reading about ‘Leasehold’ being abolished in UK. Interestingly Leasehold does not exist in Italy and probably a host of other countries I imagine

If the council owns the leasehold the GR is usually very cheap about a £10 per year however if it’s own by a management company yeah GR is a couple hundreds per year . I’ve been working for Dexters part time for a year now they want me to go full time , you will be my online mentor from now hehehe!!! 👌🏾🙌🏾

I also really like some of the modern developments you shared am shocked at the high service charge but there are some wealthy people around who will happily pay. You seem pro houses is this right..?
