It’s actually a bot, and somebody online bought free Spotify streams from a sketchy site, so when it played those songs, they were being botted from your computer. And no one was actually there, and the same thing was probably happening to thousands of hacked accounts at once to gain more streams on the music that someone bought listens to online.

This is is the EXACT same thing that happened to me on my spotify account.
Yeah its common, these are all because your username and pass were dumped from another site. Hackers then use that across a bunch of other sites. So lesson is use different passwords
