That is what I was saying in my comment for the previous issue: “too many plot threads”, at that point even, before this follow-up emerged. Ditch the “A.I.” garbage, whether or not it's only-fantasy's portrayal of actual Artificial Intelligence or reality's misnomer fake-“AI”, not-AI for too many dummies. Ditch the lame, giant, talking robot snake. Ditch Serpentor and his crew...zombifying themselves!? Yes, it's a good idea to willingly induce perpetual bodily rot and degradation on oneself. Huh? There's three entire threads too many to be pared away, right there. The original Marvel Comics series never had that problem. Ahem.
Insofar as I know, Scarlett and Snake Eyes have never crossed over to becoming lovers. More simply, very close friends. Unless somebody decided to try changing that more recently.
Turning living, capable humans into zombies, then turning those zombies into cyborgs. Uh...right. At “#306”, I get the sense that Larry Hama's running out of original ideas to write for Joe or with which to embellish its established lore. Not despite the plethora of plotlines, but because of them. Most of the extraneous ones, half-baked at best and that would be generous. Haha, his writing through Zartan on the final page inadvertantly makes fun of the overcomplication, as the leader of the Dreadnoks lists off all of the competing factions. Too many sides! I dunno...all of this other than the modern gimmicky embellishments seems like it's ground that Hama has already covered with Joe back with Marvel. The intrigue does seem to be portrayed...mostly well. Too jumpy. But I guess it's an improvement over IDW's notorious mistreatment of Joe; whatever it was they did to it. So Yo Joe away, take that step out of the parachuting airplane door and continue to enjoy this for the G.I. Joe, Marinus. Thanks and have a good day.

Yeah. It's abit all over the place. Also, there is that daughter plot in Springfield, the Zartan robot, the AI, Joe's on Cobra island, the Cobra plot, Sepentor Khan plot......it's too much.
I i beleive that. Damn i want to read those so badly.
Hmm okay. Well i don't know the charcters very wel, so maybe indeed they developed some romantic interest.
More toys to sell, Mike😁. Don't you want a Zombie - Dr. Mindbender varaint lol.
Right? i saw that too🤣. The irony.
If he tones it down a bit then it's more readable. Still fun though and better then Nu-Marvel😇.
Deepdiving into those comics, Mike Whooooooo😛. Have a great day!!

I like the concept of G.I. Joe. But putting too many things into one single issue is a big turn off
