I had a problem with Lauren Daigle's ignorance and denying the WORD of God, not her desire to share her faith with non-believers in secular environments. After all, that is precisely what Christians are specifically called to do. God's Living WORD doesn't change. Jesus Christ Himself is literally the Living WORD of God. (John 14) He is not to be denied. How can a brain surgeon speak at a medical conference, yet not know his subject matter? How can Lauren Daigle represent the WORD of the Living God, Jesus Christ, without studying; and knowing, the basics of His life-saving teachings? Compromise with the secular world and the devil separates us from God Himself. There will be an astronomical amount of good, loving people who will not go to Heaven because they did not accept the TRUTH, the Living WORD, Jesus Christ. The Bible says to choose this day whom you will serve. What if God allowed Lauren Daigle these open-door opportunities to take a bold stand 'IN LOVE'...REAL LOVE, yet she walked away from the very mission God called her to, and they ended up spending an eternity in hell and damnation? If you really love them, TELL THEM THE TRUTH. That is how you participate in saving a life destined for the eternal Lake of Fire.

If Christians spent half their time doing what Jesus called us to do instead of judging one another, we might have seen the world saved sevent times over.
As you said, when Christians do what Jesus called us to do, part of it is to discern (with the help of God's Spirit) what's true and what isn't. God calls us to not judge in hypocrisy, but He also warns us about false teachers who will lead people astray. Unfortunately, many still judge with a holier-than-thou attitude, but judging in itself isn't the problem. We HAVE to judge what's right and wrong if we need to avoid the latter, and to warn those we care about as well. If we simply aim to please people and not hurt their feelings when they're on their way to self-destruction, you're only saving yourself by being a people pleaser. We're called to look out for each other in love and truth- and that includes calling something or someone out if it isn't biblical.

I remember all the negative comments she was getting from the "christian" community after she'd appeared on those shows. Instead of bashing her faith, the Christian community should have been praying for her spiritual growth and boldness to proclaim the truth of God's Word. Yes, she fell short with her early mainstream television appearances; but that is why we pray for her as I said above. Jesus said, "It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick" in Mark 2:17, Luke 5:31-32, and Matthew 9:12 Jesus is responding to a question from the Pharisees about why he is eating with tax collectors and other people considered "sinners". Jesus tells the Pharisees to learn the meaning of the scripture that says God desires mercy, not sacrifice, and that he has come to call sinners, not the righteous. My biggest takeaway from this was that people are so quick to judge someone. She is my age. She may not be a seasoned Christian. She still has a lot to learn. Being a Christian is a constant walk with Christ. It's not a "I'm going to follow Christ and know everything today". Being a Christian is being on a battlefield with just you and God.

Even Satan believes in God. People think they just have to be a 'good person' and that's far from the Truth! Precious moments were missed to stand strong in her faith, while still showing respect towards her new circle of friends within the gay community. Why is a singer supposed to have all the answers? Let her grow in her craft. Singer or not, no one could nor should try to live up to critics. I am encouraged when the arts expands as such. The Bible actually does tell us to judge other Christian’s. We are not to judge unbelievers. You can’t be a Christian and be neutral. There is good and there is evil, there is light and there is dark. If you are neutral, than you are lukewarm.

Let me say that I am very impressed with Lauren Daigle‘s music, her voice, delivery, are very very good, she is so talented, rich in her ability to sing and inspire, Incredible lyrics, and composition. She is pretty and attractive. As they say on American Idol, which she was in three? times, “your the total package.” Says she’s “confused” about homosexuality as a sin and, has many friends who are gay. Pray that she comes to the knowledge of the truth as set forth by the Lord Jesus Christ in the Holy Bible. It's always easy for others to put down people who are different and the most popular way nowadays is to troll others on the internet. Well having finally started wholeheartedly walked with Christ this year, is there not a verse in the Bible that says "judge not and ye shall not be judged, condemn not, and yes shall not be condemned"? Greatest example to me was when this adulterous woman was brought before Christ and people were about ready to stone her. He was like whoever is without sin, cast the first stone. He (to my knowledge) is the only one who had never sinned. Now do I sympathize with homosexuals? No. God spoke against it. But I feel we should be careful of who we point fingers at. Because if you're a Christian and someone sees you sinning, how are you any better than Lauren is? And remember, just bc people doesn't see you, God still can. There's no getting around Him.

I had a problem with Lauren Daigle's ignorance and denying the WORD of God, not her desire to share her faith with non-believers in secular environments. After all, that is precisely what Christians are specifically called to do.
God's Living WORD doesn't change. Jesus Christ Himself is literally the Living WORD of God. (John 14) He is not to be denied. How can a brain surgeon speak at a medical conference, yet not know his subject matter? How can Lauren Daigle represent the WORD of the Living God, Jesus Christ, without studying; and knowing, the basics of His life-saving teachings? Compromise with the secular world and the devil separates us from God Himself.
There will be an astronomical amount of good, loving people who will not go to Heaven because they did not accept the TRUTH, the Living WORD, Jesus Christ. The Bible says to choose this day whom you will serve.
What if God allowed Lauren Daigle these open-door opportunities to take a bold stand 'IN LOVE'...REAL LOVE, yet she walked away from the very mission God called her to, and they ended up spending an eternity in hell and damnation? If you really love them, TELL THEM THE TRUTH. That is how you participate in saving a life destined for the eternal Lake of Fire.

As you said, when Christians do what Jesus called us to do, part of it is to discern (with the help of God's Spirit) what's true and what isn't. God calls us to not judge in hypocrisy, but He also warns us about false teachers who will lead people astray. Unfortunately, many still judge with a holier-than-thou attitude, but judging in itself isn't the problem. We HAVE to judge what's right and wrong if we need to avoid the latter, and to warn those we care about as well. If we simply aim to please people and not hurt their feelings when they're on their way to self-destruction, you're only saving yourself by being a people pleaser. We're called to look out for each other in love and truth- and that includes calling something or someone out if it isn't biblical.

Even Satan believes in God. People think they just have to be a 'good person' and that's far from the Truth! I'd like to watch a video of Lauren actually saying she prayed and accepted Christ as her Savior at a certain time in her life! A true Born-again Christian may not remember the exact date, but they can recall the place and around the time it was; what led them to call in the Lord to forgive them and to give their lives to Him. The Bible actually does tell us to judge other Christian’s. We are not to judge unbelievers. You can’t be a Christian and be neutral. There is good and there is evil, there is light and there is dark. If you are neutral, than you are lukewarm.

Let me say that I am very impressed with Lauren Daigle‘s music, her voice, delivery, are very very good, she is so talented, rich in her ability to sing and inspire, Incredible lyrics, and composition. Doesn’t the bible tell us what will happen if we are neither hot nor cold? We have to choose between Christ and the world! We cannot have both. If truly in Christ there should be no compromise for certain sins. We are fully in Christ!
It's always easy for others to put down people who are different and the most popular way nowadays is to troll others on the internet. She is who she is based on the way she was raised which has molded her as it does all of us. She is her own person and being different can be difficult in a world where people want you to tow line whether it be religion or politics. She knows good from evil and she chooses good as well as love and kindness for all people and I commend her for that.

God knows that we get more wrong than we get right and, I don’t think that should shock anyone…that’s why Jesus fulfilled 322 Old Testament prophecies and came into the world to save us from ourselves. We are so busy judging others that we forget to judge ourselves first.

What actions are enough to prove to people we are saved? Christianity is not about works otherwise people will boast of their good works and not give Glory to God. It's about a relationship with God. Is she saved, well all I know is when I was in a very bad place in my life her songs helped pick me up off the ground to stand again in God's Grace and forgiveness. Did God use her to help me, YES!!! I am so thankful to God for people who give Praise to God in song. We all have sin in our life and do the best we can to live for Jesus. I'm not perfect and neither is anyone else out there. Let's start building each other up with Love and compassion. Focus on the relationship God wants us to have with Him. Draw nearer to God and He will draw nearer to you. James 4:8, my favorite verse. Well having finally started wholeheartedly walked with Christ this year, is there not a verse in the Bible that says "judge not and ye shall not be judged, condemn not, and yes shall not be condemned"? Greatest example to me was when this adulterous woman was brought before Christ and people were about ready to stone her. He was like whoever is without sin, cast the first stone. He (to my knowledge) is the only one who had never sinned. Now do I sympathize with homosexuals? No. God spoke against it. But I feel we should be careful of who we point fingers at. Because if you're a Christian and someone sees you sinning, how are you any better than Lauren is? And remember, just bc people doesn't see you, God still can. There's no getting around Him.
