I hope this comment doesn’t come across as really negative: even if you end up doing something you love, you will have to work. There will always be ups and downs, there will be days where you doubt yourself, there will be parts of the process you always dislike. And taking a break every now and again isn’t giving up - it is important and even necessary to keep boundaries between work life (even doing what you love) and personal life so that you can avoid burnout and keep healthy habits. That being said, putting in the work to do what you love can be so worth it. Just don’t go in thinking it will all be easy! I work in mental health and see my fair share of burnout. How did you have the courage to tell your mom that you didn't want to pursue the career that she wanted you to? I'm struggling with the same thing right now. So glad you are back love ya michelle
I know I’m not Michelle but I know what it feels like to feel overwhelmed when it comes to making my own choices. Me and my mom are really close and I’m still afraid of how she will react to certain things. What helps me is planning/writing what I wanna say. It’s kinda funny I actually storyboard out what I want to happen. Seems silly but I often get flustered and end up getting so nervous my mom takes that as a sign I don’t know what I’m talking about. The main thing is to be confident and concise. Tell her what you want to do, what you plan on doing with it, how happy it makes you, and most of all you love and respect her but it’s your choice. Ultimately you will have to live with whatever you decide. Your mom isn’t gonna wake up everyday and go to your job and although it’s scary your dreams are worth it! ❤️❤️ sorry that’s so long 😅
Honestly this made me feel so much better. My coworker recently made me feel so terrible because she told me I’d never make it in the art business. I really needed this positivity Michelle . THANK YOU 💕✨

Yoooo I’m gonna cryyyy I was thinking about her and how much I miss her videoed and just her content in general . Thank you Michelle 💜💜I’ve been following you since 2014
Thank you for this! I want to do art so bad, but honestly its really hard with the worry of money
How can this video has dislikes?? This is really heart touching and so much effort had been put in here just to share her advices 😭 one of my fav vids definitely
I thought at the beginning she was gonna say, "I've always wanted to be a gangster."
As a graphic designer, I love how you inspire creativity and not being afraid to share it!!! Never stop creating! Thanks for helping to make the world beautiful.
"Colouring is therapeutic."
* cries in 20+ layers of colouring and shading *
10 minutes? That felt like 1! Michelle, you are a work of art yourself. I can never tire of watching and listening to you!
❤️❤️ sorry that’s so long 😅
@@duckiemomo7511 thanks so much for taking time to respond and for giving great advice! ❤️
@@chars4598 You’re so welcome! I hope you found it helpful and good luck with everything! You can do it I believe in you!😆❤️❤️
Honestly this made me feel so much better. My coworker recently made me feel so terrible because she told me I’d never make it in the art business. I really needed this positivity Michelle . THANK YOU 💕✨
Omg wait...did you just show us a little sneak peak to book two of your webtoon comic😭😭😭😭😭
Yes she did!! I'm screaming, I have been waiting for the day she releases the next volume!!
Wtf she had a webtoon comic?!?!? Where can I see this??
@@gloriakim8308 It is called Helios:Femina on Webtoon!
Omgg I just noticed that 😭😭
Back in 2016 when Mish announced a Webtoon I was like "what is a webtoon?" And instantly downloaded the app. Helios:Femina is what got me into Webtoon and i'm addicted to it ever since ♡
This girl is talented as hell 😭 is there anything she COULD NOT do?
I'm out focus with how comfortable your house is 😭
The design on your packagings are just wonderful!!! It’s so cute or just well thought, I’m amazed for the past years..
I have the same phone!! And I've been eying the tab s7 🤩 it's so refreshing to see android products being used instead of apple.
