I've just bought the exact same one.from lidl ..altho I had one years ago and never used it...I ended up giving it away. However the modern airfryers are too small and I saw these in the lidl leaflet and I thought...do you know a chicken fits into those far easier. Very well explained ! 10 out of 10 ! I've been using a Lidl halogen oven for decades to bake bread. It's superb! Using the extension ring, cook the dough at the highest temperature for ten minutes, then shield with aluminium foil and bake at 160C for a further 35 minutes. Perfect every time.

@@Mandyglen One question... it arrived today, I tested it cooking some chips/fries... and the light kept going on and off periodically. Is this normal?
These are good. I have had several BUT do check the metal plate (above the stainless shield) it will rust and deposit metal fragments into your cooking! It's a real design flaw (also in the many 'look alike' rebrands).
I have had 2. despite guarantee, heating element went in one after about a year, and the fan on the other after about 18 months Getting them repaired was impossible. I loved what they did, and really miss having one. Just wish they would be robust and easy to get repaired!
Thanks for the info. We really like everything about this air fryer so hoping it lives longer than the guarantee. We had the Aldi Ambiano version but gave it to a friend for her caravan. It’s still working but she doesn’t use it very often.

We had the Ambiano one, which was also the same, but gave it to a friend. We love the simplicity of this and being able to view your food without having to keep opening a door or drawer is very helpful.

I have one - from Lidl. It's superb. I eventually figured out that the timer knob can be turned back to zero and then forward.

Hi, yes that’s normal. It’s the heat lamp just maintaining the temperature. Hope your chips worked well.

How long does it take you to cook fish fingers in this?
Depends on the size, chilled or frozen. Birdseye frozen fish fingers take about 9 minutes on 180. Hope this helps.
