It really is incredible how just his eyebrows moving and body language is so good that if you desynced the audio for even a second you can tell. Reaction Vtubers will NEVER compare to the Faceless God of reactions.
This truly does show how dangerous Marineford really was. You can show Luffy be in danger and persevere against Admirals all you want, but it will never amount to the epic perspective of a regular Haki-less Marine against Pacifista.
Yeah, I think the closest we came to it was Koby's perspective and even still he not only was strong, but his own struggle was him noticing how many people lost their lives and him being punched by Luffy, he even got close to being executed by Akainu. That will never compare to people with no abilities simply getting caught in the crossfire. I've said it before but it's always scarier not to be able to see the danger, seeing Kizaru's and Pacifistas' light, Ice flying, and Magma without showing it was someone was insane. And even with the bridge breaking, all we saw was the damage done by the Marines, no Darkness, Sky Cracking, Fire Fists. And simply seeing that the rubble alone was lethal to these guys, it's like seeing Kunais flying from the perspective of villagers in Naruto. I can't help but love and want this kind of perspective.
@@duncanaintreal Honestly I could not agree more. Idk if it's noticeable but the audio for the anime is just high enough to hear the voices, but not enough to hear the music or sound effects in any way so I had to alienate that audio and add it in post. I don't think the reaction would've worked without it, and I would've risked copyright claim over it fr I don't care. Thankfully it did not come to that.
@@PigeonDudeGuy Wouldn't it? I feel like for the most part we expect fights from Toei and don't get me wrong they're great at it, but changing genres to something more wholesome with this style of animation would be great. And One Piece already thrives well in wholesome environments and emotional moments.
Idk if Oda actually knows his fans and wrote this or if someone else did this studying the fanbase, because at the very least the extras are a clear example of the irl fans if they were placed in the world of One Piece. I hope in the background there's someone dressed as Luffy or something like we would lol.
WOW Alright, this may not be One Piece proper but MAN was this awesome, TRULY worth of 25 years of the anime. I am STILL over the moon, and editing this I've rewatched it at least 7 times, please give the One Piece Fan Letter a shot as well. This might be one of my favorite reactions to date.
The facial reactions are what make this reaction 👌
@@Chrono_Punk If I can pride myself on one thing it is definitely my facial expressions.
Also Thnx 😋

@@FlipdewHuh that's a great catch, it's true that we only see the damage caused by the side of the Navy and not the Pirates' be them good or bad.
Dude the moment the fans arrive, the music REALLY makes that moment.
And with the narration of Nami's fan, it really hits.
Peak anime for sure.

An anime special of Oda meeting his wife could actually go hard.
