Centrifugal Feeder Orients Coffee Pods at 500+ PPM

In this application, we've built a centrifugal feeder bowl to automate the orientation and singulation of single-serve coffee pods in order to prepare them for packaging.
Centrifugal feeders are tailored for high-speed automation and can significantly enhance the efficiency of single-serve coffee pod production. We are able to orient coffee pods at rates of 500-800 pods per minute, depending on the application.
