She makes it sound like every patient is an extremist. I bet she doesn't know that most hospitals only give the patient about a 19 minute course on how to care for their trach. I wish she couldn't breathe for a couple of minutes. I would laugh if I seen her struggling after watching this video.
Some medical staff are just unable to empathize and stand in the shoes of patients. It really hurts the patients emotionally on top of the actual physical suffers. :(
