- I ran Terror Zones for 24 hours straight in Diablo 2 Resurrected ladder season 2! This was much easier than my previous 24 hours straight challenges, I think for a combination of starting in the evening so I was finishing with the sun, and because I was farming a different area every 60 minutes.
Challenge specifics:
I started at around 8:16pm on the 7th and finished at 9:15pm the next day, this 59 minutes was because I wasn't including time for using the bathroom, stretching my back or doing other things in the game (like finding and Eth rune for Grief)
I had prepared meals and ate during the loading times :D
Run specifics:
Magic find was around 400% for the first 3 hours, and then up to 490-500% for the remainder (after I switched to a cold sorceress)
In order, the terror zones I encountered were; Arreat Plateu, River of Flame & City of the Damned, Burial Grounds & The Crypt & The Mausoleum, The Forgotten Tower, The Worldstone Keep & Throne of Destruction & Worldstone Chamber, Glacial Trail, Ancients Way & Icy Cellar, Kurast Sewers, Lost City & Valley of Snakes & Claw Viper Temple, Nihlathak's Temple & Halls of Anguish/Pain/Vaught, Blood Moor & Den of Evil, The Pit, Chaos Sanctuary, Jail, Cold Plains & The Cave, The Forgotten Tower, Spider Forest & Spider Caverns, Rocky Waste & The Stony Tombs, Burial Grounds & The Crypt & The Mausoleum, Bloody Foothills, Frigid Highlands, Moo Moo Farm, Travincal, Arcane Sanctuary, Dry Hills & Halls of the Dead, Tristram

A couple of typos in this video... must have been tired or something, my bad!
1. Giant skull rolls +25-35 Strength (not 25-30)
2. Grief rolls +340 to 400 damage (not 300-400)
3. 20 MF SC is meant to be 20 lifer in the summary table. 20 MF SC would be OP 😂

Hi. Love your videos and appreciate the time you put in. Is there any way you post the skill build for your FOH Paladin and Cold Sorc?
@@Ghettolympic7 When I was running chaos sanctuary with my FOH Paladin my skills were; 20 Holy bolt, 20 Fist of the heavens, 20 Redemption, 1 charge, 1 holy shield, 1 Salvation and then 1 in all the prerequisites. With the extra skill points I dumped them into either holy shield or resist lightening/fire for the max resist. A lot of people prefer using conviction and sometimes salvation instead of redemption but for chaos I chose to go with Redemption - mainly just for QOL
For the cold sorce I had; Max ice bolt, Max ice blast, Max Blizzard, Max frozen orb, 1 frozen armour, 1 static field, 1 telekenesis, 1 teleport, 1 warmth, and then rest were going into cold mastery (I think I was at ~15 base points for this video) - It might be best to max cold mastery before maxing something like ice blast now that we have sunder charms, but tbh it didn't seem to matter at all -sooo OP 😂

That giant skull is actually a really nice find for a bowazon that doesn't use windforce. A source of knockback is critical to the build and the two open sockets let's you bump damage with two IAS ED jewels. I've still never found one. I had to trade for it this season. Love the content as always!

Superior items always roll with max base defense :) so for example 15ed archon plate is always 603def and that never varies.

Nice drops. After some thinking, I believe it might be best to only run terror zones when the terror zone is good. If a bad terror zone is up, I think I'd rather farm a level 85 area like Chaos Sanctuary or Pits. Remember, Chaos Sanctuary is still a great place to farm even if it's not terrorized. It just can't drop sunder charms then. Only other problem is that it makes the UA-cam titling a bit tricky, lol.
Oh I’m with you 10000% there are some terror zones that you should absolutely not waste your time with, Kurast sewers for example But I thought it’d be a fun challenge regardless!
@@RegularSchmuck for sure, fun is most important. This challenge is also a good way to get a feel of how good each terror zone is. I even think for pure leveling in 90s, bad terror zones are still the better than any other leveling method.
I also love off meta builds like melee characters so I have no problems with not playing the most optimal thing all the time. I want to make ebotd as a trophy weapon one day and rock it on a fury druid.

gz on the major finds man! somehow this Lo runes keep hiding from me^^ but at least I got my first Mara (27) when I humbly wished for an Atma or something for once haha
I thought the game was broken for awhile because I ran countess and got 2 ist runes within 30 runs. Considering the drop rate for an ist is about 1 in 800, the odds on that are staggering.. To be fair though, I deserved some good luck because my 2 rolls for a CTA were a 2-1-1 and a 2-1-2. lol

Getting nerdy here, but Superior armor,shields and helmets allways have maximum base def +1. Therefore 13 Enchanced Defense Archon Plate is allways 593 Defense :)
Edit: Superioir with Enchanced Defense, maximum durability doesnt guarantee 525 Def base i think

ugh, I still haven't found a sunder charm. I don't play a lot and don't have a ton of MF, but I've been doing terror zone farming since I beat Hell Baal for the first time ever. Probably a few hours of it and no sunder charms... oh well, maybe I'll find some someday.
I play a druid and need enigma to do these type of runs lol... i been using naj staff that i found randomly to rush though some areas
