Creamy Cheesy Pasta Recipe

Ingredients:
Chicken breast seasoning:
5 chicken breasts,
1tbsp Olive Oil,
1tsp cayenne pepper,
1tsp hot paprika,
1tsp all purpose seasoning,
1tsp garlic granules,
1/2 tsp black pepper,
1tsp salt
Pasta:
1-2 tbsp Olive Oil,
1 red onion,
3 cloves garlic,
1-2tsp cayenne pepper,
1tsp dried parsley,
1/2 tsp black pepper,
salt to taste,
2tsp chilli flakes,
3-4 tbsp tomato puree,
1 cup pasta water,
350ml double cream,
lots of Parmesan cheese
