Bro I had goosebumps watching this review. This is one of my favorite runs EVER in recent years. The depth that Donny Cates added to the character of Eddie is simply fantastic, making him question if he’s a hero or a monster and what not, I LOVED IT. You make me wanna re-visit this run again. I really loved how they explored Eddie’s character more, and how his relationship with Dylan essentially forced Eddie into a new role and showed a different side of him. I’m really glad you enjoyed the book and review, thanks so much for watching!
Totally understand that. For me I actually didn’t mind the change! Sure, Eddie Brock will always be Venom to me, but imo what matters most about the Venom character is that connection and relationship to Spider-Man, his imposing size and physicality of the symbiote, and I thought that stuff was done pretty well overall!
@SuperFlyComicsGuy I suppose but if they make a Venom solo game I still think it should be either Eddie Brock or Flash Thompson, since most Venom will want a Venom game to star someone who actually was Venom in the comics.
@SuperFlyComicsGuy We'll I personally think either Eddie Brock or Flash Thompson should take up the mantle, I admit having Harry Osborn as Venom for a antagonist and final boss for Marvels Spider-Man 2 was a smart move, but for Venoms own game I think his host should be someone who actually was Venom in the comics.

I still dislike the fact that Harry Osborn is Venom in that game instead of Eddie Brock.
