That King Swing is a bitch isn’t it. Although I’ve climbed on the Nose, I never made it that far. This was a great video to see what I missed and to show how well you did, and you did great! I’ve subbed to your channel and am watching the rest of your videos. If I wasn’t an old retired fart, I’d go back to the valley and try that sucker again. Of course YOSAR would be hauling me down soon thereafter, lol…
Thanks. Once the leader gets to the anchors at the end, the leader fixes the lead line. The follower does a lower out using the remaining lead line from the top of the Boot Flake.
“I think I can traverse from here” said every climber ever after coming short on their pendulum
Damn!! If I learned anything it’s to wear aid shoes for this section

I made that run in one try. Ya gotta commit and get a max run at it. Fun stuff in 1983.
It takes some stones to trust the equipment and go for it. He’s trying to steer it. Gotta ball out
Amazing man
I’m trying to figure out how the rope got there that he is swinging on
The previous pitch is called the Boot Flake. I climbed up there then lowered back down for the swing.
By chance, did you loose a cam (stuck) on the pitch off of eagle ledge?
Nope, not ours. All our cams made it all the way up with us.
Where's pitch 16?
That was my partner's block. He hasn't uploaded his film yet. Follow him if you want to be notified when he does post his videos. Green Gloop.
Holy Shit, nice job! got a question, how does your partner gets to that same anchore at the end?
Thanks. Once the leader gets to the anchors at the end, the leader fixes the lead line. The follower does a lower out using the remaining lead line from the top of the Boot Flake.
