My Son Matt caught a Huge Ribbon Fish with me on the back Bay in Delaware. He hit a Paddletail. Didn't know what it was so we did what any good fisherman does. We ate it and we all thought it was one of the best eating fish we ever had. I pan fried it in butter, garlic and ginger. I was delicious.

Ribbon fish is one of the most underrated fish and let’s keep it that way. I don’t want people finding out about how good it is grilled or fried.

Cobia are coming up further and further in the bay every year. We catch them out in front of Taylor’s Island in Dorchester Co MD, up from the Gas Docks
